When I first thought about doing this I never expected it would come together...
None of this would have been possible without Ryzee119's work on the CPLD firmware!

I'm very knew to this scene, but I can just imagine the amount of effort and work that needed to go into this. I might have to buy one of these to repair my Xbox!

Done an excellent job and these look just amazing 😁

Anybody in the uk/europe making these? I believe they are open source.... yes??? Really want a Massive pack but that shipping from Aus is killing me......

Hello,

The OpenXenium is open sourced but my designs are not, only I sell them...

I apologies for the shipping but there's not a lot I can do about it.

I recently had a customer from the UK who bought 2 Massive Bundles,

one for himself and another for a friend, so I assume they went half's in shipping.

I think I can ship up to 4x Massive Bundles in a single box without shipping going up in price.

I'm allowed up to 500 grams, a single Massive Bundle including packaging is 150 grams.

The 2x Massive Bundles worked out to be 250 grams...

I might be open to deals on packs of four bundles to allow for resale.

Oh, I forgot to mention it here...

But I've been giving a 10% discount to everyone who buys direct via PayPal.

I posted this on my main thread over at EmuXtras but that might help you out with postage.

The full price might end up being my eBay price whenever I get around to doing that.

I hope this helps, Nem

Everything is cross compatible with the Original Xenium,

Even all the components on the mod-chip are compatible with the Original.

But to let you know I'm not currently selling the accessories separately.

Limited Special Offer

I will be doubling the discount to 20% for Massive Bundles with either "Black" or "White" mod-chips!
After the discount it will be $80AUD plus shipping, I only have a limited supply of 4x Black and 4x White available,
Once they have sold out that's it!

599253468ccae327ae506ee3d592882e157df7c2

I'm wanting to discontinue "Black" and "White" mod-chips as they are not selling as well as the "Blue"
and it will save me much drama with logistics and when consulting with potential customers.
I also want this to help stimulate some sales so that I may raise the funds to secure components
and equipment to finish the planned total batch of 100x Massive Bundles!

Impacts to Shipping

Link: Please login or register to see this link.

Despite warnings I havn't had any major issues with customers parcels arriving,
I have just checked all the tracking numbers that I have and most of them have been delivered.
There are currently 3 parcels in transit that I'll be keeping a close eye on...

The only issue I've had so far was a parcel that got held in L.A. for a bit longer than normal,
but the customer has since received he's parcel!

Personally I've ordered a number of things on Ali-Express or other sources located in china,
I'm only having issues with one order but otherwise everything else has arrived.
On two occasions I actually received the parcel earlier than expected only taking 4 days...

Great work and nice video... Those PWM demos are able to change the original front LED color as well.

By default they are all set to "green", therefore the controller ports are currently "dimmed" where the front panel is "bright".

By changing the last string in each line from "0F" to "FF" will make both modules "bright".

I'll make the changes and upload new revision of the "Xenium Essentials" download on my main thread for you....

Just want to pop in and say I just got done installing everything from the massive bundle but the USB ports and wow.....Nemesis does top notch work! The package took about 5 weeks to get here, but that isn't his fault, but because of current shipping issues due to COVID-19. He also checked up with me a couple times to see if the package had arrived. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to install one of the premium old school chips without needing to solder the components to a blank board from a kit.

Got my massive bundle in today and got it installed. Fast shipping due to the stateside stock he currently has. Good communication through email despite the 15 hour timezone difference. 10/10 would buy again.

Hi, thought I'd share a quick story about picking up a faulty xbox
I got it to work easily by replacing the 5 x 1500uf capacitors (common fix)
I was surprised to find a different modchip than the good old aladdin. It is an Apple-X VI which is supposed to have 2 x 512kb banks according to  Please login or register to see this link.
However I could not flash a bios any bigger than 256kb on each of the bank. Not a biggie as the onboard tsop can support 1mb.
Booting from the onboard tsop by pressing the eject button and from the modchip by pressing the power button.

      Hi all,

I have a v 1.4 Xbox that was modded with the Xenium ice modchip about 15 years ago. It was in storage for several years and I just went back to using it again. It booted up just fine after all these years after I changed some bad caps and the clock capacitor. I was messing around with the various apps I had installed on it several years ago, and when using the XBMP (Xbox Media Player) app, I changed the resolution in the settings menu and when I rebooted, there was no video output - only a black screen with the "no signal" message on the TV. It looks like the XBox boots up normally (except for the black screen) because the Xenium chip's LED lights up indicating that it has loaded a custom BIOS, and I am able to FTP into the box. My suspicion is that the XBMP app changed a configuration (?.ini) file causing it to output a video signal that the TV (a Samsung flat screen TV with a 720p resolution, I think) cannot display. Can some one tell me what I need to do to get the display back? Thanks in advance for your responses.
