Reads and backs up the EEPROM 2. Decrypts EEPROM Data and displays it in plain text. 3. Can write changes to the EEPROM 4. Calculate the password for the original seagate and WD drives all from a MicroSD card have questions?!?! Just ask! EDIT: as mentioned earlier in announcement post… if you purchased an ArdPromSD from me and want the new PicoPromSD… I’ll give you a $10 discount. I’ll also be selling a pogo pin adapter for $8

I installed a LCD screen (SPI2Par2019 + HD44780 LCD). I have a Xenium. When the screensaver starts the text on the LCD screen disappears and I have to go to settings/LCD/ Enable LCD/VFD and change the value back to anything (well, in my case LCD - HD44780) for the text to re display on the screen...the value of LCD/VFD doesn't matter as far as getting the text back; it's the process of changing it to anything that brings it back. Is this a known issue? What's the fix? I've edited the LCD.xml w/ the suggested edit on ryzee119 spi2par2019 github

As the title says really, has anyone got one working? I've tried all variations of the trainer I can get my hands on and they just don't work. Not one cheat works at all. I have no issues running any other trainer. There is the odd cheat contained in some that may not work correctly but overall they work as intended. It's just Halo 2 that seems to ignore the trainer. If anyone has one working can they attach it to this thread please

XBMC with the MC360 skin!! INSTANT nostalgia hit there. I remember modding all my mates consoles and adding this skin to them. Already running XCAT on it now to see if theres any hidden gold. After that I will see about extracting the skin and uploading it. I'd love a version that worked on the latest XBMC. Link to download skin files : MC360.7z

As the title says.. Console only outputs AV when I push down on the chip. If I push down on the chip I can boot to dash and use the console without issue... If I don't, the console doesn't frag or anything it powers up and by the sounds its making it seems that it is actually booting to the dash still, but just without outputting any AV.... I have reflowed the soldering on the pin header a couple of times and it made no difference. Anyone have any ideas? Console DOES frag if I remove the chip and unground the D0. Thats another issue though lol

I just removed an Open Xenium modchip I installed a few years ago since I could never get it to work, removed the HDD I was trying to use, and put back in my original HDD that has UnleashX softmod on it so I can just play some games again. Problem is all my games and emulators just vanished. I don't think I am using the wrong HDD because I see my game save files that I remember. How could that stuff just vanish though? I feel like it might still be there but maybe I need to do something else? I boot into Unleash X fine and can navigate around so it seems like everything is working. This HDD was removed before I installed the modchip, the two have never been in contact with one another. Am I screwed? It's nothing I can't get back but it is work.

Hey everybody. After a dozen years and 450-500 systems, I need to make a lot of space and I'm making my exit. Tested and itemized to the best of my ability, here's what's left after the past few months of purging. I'm located in the western burbs of Philly and would prefer not to ship, obviously, but buyer pays shipping/packaging if so. Everything is 100% negotiable. Everything is AS IS. The complete consoles are mostly Frankensteined, because like many of you I would buy dozens at a time sight unseen from the usual places, some arriving partially modded. Will also be posting on the FB group, where I've posted and lurked for years. So I got my new old xbox yesterday and still have no games for it but somewhere read that it can play audio cd s so I inserted a disc and listened. I accidentally pressed Y and X in a short space of time and it zoomed in that little animation so it was covering entire screen. I did it on my 1.1 xbox so idk if it works on other xboxes (probably yes).

I have a 1.0 Xbox I got from Goodwill online. It smells like a smoker crawled inside it and died, and I ended up accidentally tearing off the alt d0 pad , but got someone to repair it. However, it still does not boot, as it FRAGs instead. Can't figure out what is wrong - tons of pictures attached below. Things I've tried: Known-good PSU Booting WITH modchip + grounded d0 Booting without modchip or grounded D0 Swapping capacitors with good capacitors from a 1.1 Swapping the TSOP for one from a 1.1 Cleaning the board with IPA (multiple times) If any closer pictures are needed of any part, tell me.

I have two Toshiba/Samsung drives that have bad lasers, I can only seem to find replacement lasers for Thomson drives available to buy online. Is there anywhere that sells lasers for the T/S drives, or are there lasers from other products that might be compatible? I saw someone online who replaced a Playstation 2 laser with one from a music CD player and it worked, not sure if something like that can be done with the Xbox drives?

Hi everyone, Today I tsop flashed my V1.0 mobo using the TruHexEN 2021 disc and everything was fine until I used option 4.2.11 (install all dashboards.) Now I woulda thought that if my C had become that choked for space it would have simply asked me if I wanted to continue installing to the location I was, change location or cancel all together... but it installed to the C and nowits full and even using filezilla to ftp into the C, I can't peer into the "Do not touch anything in here" which I am suspect is the major culprit why my drive is claiming to be full.... anyone know of any methods or tools to clear up the C:?

Long story short While modifying my Xbox, I accidentally shorted out the 5 volt rail. Now the thing doesn't turn on. I'm wondering what exactly I killed on the power supply. I checked the fuse near the 120Vinput and it appears to have continuity. I notice basically right next to the wires for 5v there appears to be a regulator or a mosfet. Perhaps it just needs a new mosfet? The short only occurred for less than a second. Personally I find it kindof rediculous how it killed it so quickly but nonetheless. Needs fixing now. Also on another note. I know this is a long shot, but could the power supply from an Xbox Revision 1.0 be rigged into a newer box. I see that the connector for the old Xbox is only 12 pin and the newer one is a 20 pin ATX. What crossed their minds to change over to the ATX power supply?

Hi Team, After successfully hard modding a v1.2 with a Hynix chip. I thought, why have one modded XBOX when you can have two. The second unit is a 1.4 with Winbond chip. Whenever I try and flash the BIOS (Tru3HeXEn 2021), it tries to start and then immediately errors out. The error window is blank. I also noticed in the Tru3HeXEn main window it shows 'Chip:Protected'. I have triple checked the solder points and they look fine to me. I wanted to toss it out to the forum to see if anyone has run into this before (do some boards just not want to cooperate?) and if there was a resolution other than alternate points or trying a mod chip ( I have an Aladdin XT mod chip, but was saving that in case I came across a v1.6). Thanks!

Hello everyone! This is my first post, so apologies if it’s formatted incorrectly. I’m currently having a tough time trying to diagnose what could be causing my Xbox to output a wobbly video signal as seen here. I’ve tried -swapping power supplies -replacing the 5 caps near the cpu -giving the board and console a deep clean I’m thinking maybe it’s a grounding issue? Or perhaps the video encoding chip is about to die? Honestly I’m at a loss. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you guys.

I accidentally wiped my EEPROM with an Arduino when trying to read it, and have no backup. Now even with Config Magic's valid blank EEPROM, there's no video out. Only a green blink code (34? It's 3 fast and 4 slow blinks) Now I'm wondering if there's any way to fix it. This rarely happens, so there's not much info on the net about it. I'm thinking even if I got a modchip such as openXenium, the motherboard might be useless. Should I give up on this yet and just get another box, or get the modchip (already prepped the v1.6 board with headers and LPC rebuild)? Can the modchip make it boot with bad EEPROM data? Eventually, I got the Arduino code reliably reading and writing data, but even with the 'valid blank' EEPROM data, that hasn't helped so far.

When im entering Xpartitioner on dashboard then i got Warning ... "!!!! WARNING !!!!! LB448 info not found! Custom Partitions will not work with this BIOS! Update your BIOS to one which supports at least LBA48 version 2. Press Y to continue or any other button to abort." There you have system info ...

Hello everyone! I was hoping to get some help with my old modded Xbox. I used to have a pretty good library of backed up games, and I cannot remember if a patcher as needed to get the games ready for playing. I've been using ImgBurn to get my ISO images burnt (the same program I've been using since i first did my mod) and for some reason the Xbox recognizes the disc as data and freezes instead of allowing me to play them..I'm trying to make my friend relive the same joy on Conker: Lie and Reloaded and my original copy is too scratched up! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your time
