Just to follow up what Dave said, if it is the HDD, you MUST install a mod-chip.

I've also seen this as well. I suspected it was because I tried to copy a game that failed due to dirty disc, but that's just speculation.

I believe all games run better with the additional horse power, but some run too well. Some games run too fast with the extra juice. From what N64 said, these are more on the collector side as they are the same specs as the legendary FriendTech Xbox's.

I recently got some HDMI kits from him and I believe he said he's not doing the CPU upgrade's \ kits anymore. Obviously, I would let the man speak for himself tho on the matter.

Little out there me. I thought this was going to be on the 360 limited edition.

Sorry I wish I knew more. All I know is that models are OK to swap between any US ( and I think Japanese) Xbox's as long as the pin header matches ( 1 or 2 row). You CANNOT use an EU power supply on an US Xbox without modding.
