I used the bios chip from my working xblast chips it is the aladdin.

That is the SVF file. Nowhere NEAR a meg.

That is the 1MB SST image. It has Xblast as the OS and Cerbios on the 256 bank. 512 bank is clear.

Made an observation your Aladdin modchip has a transistor and on another post a member was not able to program the CPLD code to the modchip.  Does having a bridged BT connection affect programming?  Is it required?  Order a modchip from @Bowlsnapper source.

I didn't even know they were on eBay. Looks like the socket edition is 35 and the soldered version is 25. 

Guess that's a solution. Glad you found one.

Yeah I make my own for the parts and pcb I pay around 12-15€ so no biggy
