If it was me I would has flashed it 1st but in all my time working with Xbox's if the chip has been soldered properly you won't have any problems. The problems arise from bad soldering or when you reflash the BIOS on the mod chip with a incorrect file or the flash fails while writing and that can happen to the TSOP chip as well. So you have the chip fitted now and it's working so just leave it there. If it is not broken don't fix it!! Plus it's now time to enjoy your hard work using the Xbox. SS Dave Those that can Hard-Mod. If you didn't lock the drive you can swap it to the new Flashed/Chipped Xbox. If the drive is locked you need the drive key from the old Xbox's EEprom. If you can't get that or don't have that you have a paper weight. I use a SlaYers DVD install disk but it seams the big push is to Hexen DVD install. You can down load an ISO and burn to a DVD-r disk, When your writing to the disk set the write speed as slow as the software will allow. Once the Xbox has a mod chip You don't need to lock the hard drive that way if a drive fails you can put a new drive in the box load your install disk and start again. If you decide to up grade the hard drive the old drive can easily be reused as a PC drive, PlayStation,etc etc with a format because the drive is not locked If you need to put the drive in a different Xbox as long as that Xbox has a mod chip it works with out unlocking and re-locking. Like I said try it with 1 fan and check the temperature of the CPU if you think it's running to hot try different fan speeds or maybe try some other types of fans and if all else fails add a 2nd fan. SS Dave Those who can hard-mod, Those who can’t soft-mod.

If you are removing the hot air from the inside of the Xbox with a fan ,Air from outside will be sucked in to fill the void left in side the Xbox. 1 fan is all you need but to satisfy your self set it up with one fan and check the temp's. SS Dave Those who can hard-mod, Those who can’t soft-mod.

I run my stock fan at 35% and it's quiet enough. If your going to use a bigger fan get one with more blades or just stick with the stock one. I am sure MS tested a ship load of fan types before settling on the one in the Xbox. SS Dave Those who can Hard-Mod, Those who can't Soft-Mod.

Good to here you go it going . The method of powering on via a long and short press is for a X3 chip. You can wire the BT point take the link off the the mod chip 1st as per the pic to get chip on or off if you want, But why would you ever boot to a MS bios that option was for Xbox Live.
