Found what should be a link to it on the WayBack Machine but they didn't save a copy of the file just the file that lists the skins that were on xbox-skins.net.

The author skinned the dash and the media player.  It also has a video for the intro, background. and loading.

Found this list made by a user that had it on their system in 2013.  Again, not the files themselves.

I am pretty sure that SPPV has it online in his GREPO files.

So, was it on GREPO?

Last time I checked. GREPO was shutting down.

Yea i got it off the grepo and no its not shutting down any time soon he bought 5 years so it will be up for a while
