New XBox To Hdmi Adapter With Digital Audio Over Hdmi

Recommended Posts

I know this group has a lot of new HDMI solutions recently, and has focused on the wii2hdmi mods. ( and I know there are more options coming in the near future)

Here's a new option for you....I've recently finalized a completely new design (it's been in the works since christmas, but I'm pleased to announce that it is now completely functional)
-supports component to HDMI conversion at all supported xbox video resolutions
-Wolfson Audio IC to convert S/PDIF signal for the HDMI transmitter
-Individually shielded video signals
-Internal install will be an option

There are two basic ways to take advantage of the digital audio
1)Direct decoding when passed through an HDMI receiver
2)Optical pass through from your TV to you receiver
3) it can also pass the stereo audio to play directly on your TV

Sales are probably about a month out still, as I will be sending units out to a few trusted testers and get testing done with some of those problematic xbox systems that are around.

Looks good, im undecided about getting an OSSC at the mo. But that would be for multiple systems and not just xbox. I could still be tempted depending on the price of your adapter :)

On a side note i do have quite a few items in my basket on your website.... How fast is the shipping to the UK?? :)

I can usually get things shipped out within a couple days, and typically takes about 10 days to get to the UK (im away the end of this week, so may not ship until next week though)

I visited your site and had a look at it.  It looks and sounds, based on your description, that it's exactly what I need so I can run it into my external capture card for my Twitch channel and expect to get great quality.  It didn't look like it was available to put in my cart and buy it at the moment though.  Can you get back to me and let me know when you think you might have one to sell?

Thank you!

I just got your email from your site.  Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

      Hi everyone!
I picked up an xbox on FB marketplace for $20 as I couldn't resist as I'd always pined over the system back when I had a PS2 and GC in the early 00s. It wasn't in the best condition but I was determined to bring it back to its former glory.

(That gunk in the grills is cigarette residue, the whole thing stunk to high heaven)
Resolute in my mission I cracked it open and spent the better part of three hours cleaning it. The system itself is a 1.6 and all of the capacitors appear to be in good shape, the DVD tray wouldn't open at first but after I disassembled it and gave the belt a clean it now works like a charm.

I've gone all in and have since ordered an Aladdin X2 modchip, an LPC rebuild board an 80 wire IDE cable and an IDE to Sata adapter. I'll be installing a 3TB HDD but I'm waiting on those components to come from China before I can start modding in earnest. I'm picking up an HD AV pack from a friend (who found it in his closet haha) and will be setting it up on my Sony PVM 20L2 (which sadly doesn't go above 480i) but I've picked up a few games over the years in the hopes that I'd eventually get the system to match!
Anyway I missed out on this system as a kid so I'm looking forward to playing through the exclusives and the superior versions of PS2 games I loved (Burnout 3, Timesplitters etc)

      Thanks for reading!

Dunno if this is the type of place you'd post this particularly although i'll explain the issue and hopefully get some help in regards to it.

So I'm looking for a COMPLETE iso for Blinx 2 on the OG xbox, that's able to be burnt to a 4.7gb disk. I've found several uploads. All the same size, same name, so i tried burning it, And it's missing audio files, particularly the main menu, Tom Tom Gang Shop, Mission Clear, and several others.. The game itself works fine but it's sincerely annoying as heck, I'm hoping someone has a lead / download / Can help a lad out with it?

So i decided to paint my Xbox today,  Used 2 coats of Plastic Priimer followed by 3 coast of Ignition Red.  I thought i had some clear coat but turns out i didnt.  I dont think it's turned out to bad to be honest 😃
