Insignia Notify, web app I created to notify sessions on Insignia.

I created a web app that notifies you when you have new or closed sessions on Insignia. It has filters to filter the game list by name, serial or game save code, in addition to ordering by active users, active sessions, etc. If you want to enter, just register your email (the email is only to save notification preferences, I will not spam or anything with your data). It may contain some bugs, if anyone wants to help me find them, I would appreciate it.

This website updates the active players, active sessions and online players on Insignia in real time, plus with ordered by game title, sessions count etc. Its possible to enable notifications per game, so when a game on insignia has new sessions or not, arrive to you a web notification, with this, you don’t need check insignia website every time to check if has sessions on your favorite game.

this website is rendered server-side, the background process runs on server-side as well, the only part you computer/browser runs is a plain HTML rendered by the server. If you don't beliave me, check out the source code.

Clickinig "Register" doesn't seem to be working, either with the field filled or empty.

There is an API… but it’s internal   No third party access. I talked to them about access for my EEPROM reader that would allow registration from just using my reader… allows reg without any modding/softmodding.  They seemed opened to it… then he just stopped talking to me   Dunno

Did you try contacting them to ask if they offer some API? I'm planing to integrate insignia into XBMC, but I would like to skip html parsing of possible

I've seen that X-link kai is implemented in some way in XBMC. But it looks like it only reads from your PC client, and doesn't function standalone?

Hmm, that's unfortunate. I will try contacting them when I actually get to that point. Currently working on addons framework. XBMC already have nice regex based parser, but I will need to learn how to utilise it out from scrapers. Python is another option, but it's slower and I will probably get into same problem just like with weather (python threading issues). All in all, we will see if they want to cooperate..

I want exactly that. I want to integrate Insignia website into XBMC. So you can check it out directly on Xbox how much players are online, which games are supported, how many players are playing in specific game etc. Anything more advanced (like friends, scoreboard, invitations, chat etc.) will require Xbox Live implementation (just like in original dashboard) but there is zero documentation on that. The only documentation is one which you can find in official XDK, but that's not on my list right now.
