Pandora, the new xbins browser

There is a new program called Pandora by Team Resuegent

You can use Pandora to browse and download files from xbins. No false positives anymore with auto-xbins and the windows virus scanner. 

It supports windows, osx and linux

I might be retarded. But i don't see an executable anywhere in this github. The only install instructions I see are "run the executable". how do i get this running on windows exactly?

On the right side find "Releses"   click and get the version you need.

I'm getting the following error on Windows 10 Surface Pro 4.

Are all of the files listed in the following image present in the folder where you are running pandora.exe from?
