  1. Looks like a really nice modchip.
  2. Once you flash with the correct flash that enables the larger HDD, go into XBpartioner 1.3, click the A button until you see F getting all the space. Then click start button. You won't use a G right now but you'll have flashed your chip with a BIOS that can use it in the future. You shouldn't need to format anything but the F partition as Hexen or the other installer already did that for you.
  3. ind-bios.5004 (f and g)
  4. I'm sure that version 2018 would be fine too. If you already have that version, I wouldn't bother searching for the 2019 version.
  5. I missed the chip reference in the original msg. OK, I see it's a Xenium chip. I'd recommend that you use Hexen 2019. There's an option which discusses Modchip tools (or hard modded tools) and inside you will see an option to flash the BIOS. Select that option and flash with "x2.5035.137.(Force480p)" or "x2.5035.137iND-BiOS.5004.67". Look for 137 or 67 in the name. Don't select a BIOS for the 1.6 version of XBox.
  6. I'm too old for Instagram. LOL. After right-clicking on the image, up pops a context menu saying Save Page to Pocket, Send Page to Device, etc. WTF! LOL! Where's the Save Image option so that I can manually zoom the image for my old eyes?! Looks good though. I think you are asking a very good price for this. Good luck!
  7. Your modchip BIOS may be imposing a limitation on the partition. Are you able to determine what BIOS is on the modchip? You may need to do more research on what type of chip you have and how to flash it with a different BIOS that supports LBA48. You are at the right place, my friend as there are plenty of people here who could help. Maybe even take a photo of your modchip or if there is an extra panel with DIP switches, take a picture of that and post what you find. Also, ensure that you are using XBpartitioner version 1.3 *only*.
  8. I thought you just needed to run the game once, FTP the DLC anywhere on your XBox, use File Explorer to navigate to the DLC xbe and launch it. The DLC will detect that you have run the game before and install the update. Then you can delete the DLC folder that you FTP'd, reboot and run the game normally.
  9. That's a reasonable price. Can you post a pic of your work? Which country are you in?
  10. Welcome to the site, zeept!
  11. I'm sure that you will get lot of good advice on this board for repairing your XBox. If for some reason it cannot be repaired then you could find a simple replacement as they are for sale in many places online. Even if the case is all damaged, you could use the hardware inside. Cheers and welcome!
  12. How much are you looking to get for it?
  13. Noctua NF-A8 PWM, 4-Pin Premium Quiet fan (80mm brown). It will require cutting the bottom corners of fan, the two original fan holder clips, and the plastic HDD housing. Trust me, cutting the plastic HDD housing is a normal activity and it looks totally fine after you do it. There's no need to ever return to the original XBox fan. We are not modding a '57 Chevrolet here. :)
  14. I find the site layout/UI is very intuitive. Very easy to navigate as well.
  15. I had to trim them down when using the 80mm Noctua. I tried my best to not do it but the fan housing was just too big. I'm never going to put a stock fan back into this box so it isn't a concern for me.
  16. The stock fan and the old thermal compound were doing "fine" but I decided to replace the fan with an 80mm Noctua and I replaced the thermal compound. I started to panic when the temp in UnleashX started to climb to 60 deg C. I quickly went into the dashboard settings and changed the fan to 5x speed. The temp quickly lowered. I rebooted and went into the X3 chip settings. The fan was set to about 10% in there so I bumped it up to about 60 or 70%. The Noctua is quiet enough for me at that setting and the CPU temp stays at 52 deg C in UnleashX now. There should be a setting in XBMC to set the fan speed higher but I assume that once you launch a game the fan speed will reduce if the speed isn't set in the BIOS. (Also, just in case, ensure that the fan is mounted to push the hot air out of the XBox.)
  17. Is there potential that you could simply remove the components from inside the MS receiver and install them into an enclosed plastic case with your board?

If you could take care of this, I'll buy you dinner and a movie. LOL!

I couldn't agree with you more. Years ago, I had a NAS with four 4TB HDDs. Everything was working fine until I had to disconnect it and move across the country. When I hooked everything back up, the NAS software reported that one of the 4TB HDDs was starting to fail. As I had already been accustomed to spending all of my hard earned money on technology, I decided to upgrade to a 6TB HDD to replace the failing 4TB HDD. The NAS was working well again which left me with that failing 4TB to deal with. After looking into the warranty, I found out that it was still within the warranty period so I sent it off to the repair line. After a couple weeks wait, a brand new 4TB HDD was sent to me. A few years had past and I just caught the bug to upgrade my OG Xbox so I dusted the 4TB off and gave it a try in my old Xbox. I had nothing to lose and guess what? It works great and I am so excited to learn about the other things that incredibly smart people have been doing with their systems. So, I don't recommend buying a HDD larger than 2TB because you would just be wasting your money. But, if you have one lying around the house then by all means, try it out. Regards, my friends.
  20. I've uploaded a photo under the XEcuter 3 Ce topic:
