You can use chimp to clone you drive using a larger hdd, this will then copy your c and e partition across to the larger hdd.

Do you have the evolutionx dashboard on your softmod? If so you need to make a bios folder and ftp or use a usbstick to load a bios to the folder, then just flash to the tsop. Do you know if your tsop bridges are good? You can use bios checker to tell you.

Why don’t you just use evox dash or Xblast os to tsop from your hdd? What’s your tsop chip?

Just get a 12v stepdown transformer with the correct connection and check the current or power rating for the screen.

Use 30 awg kynar wire, get some decent fine wire strippers. Fill the pin holes with solder that you need to use, presolder the pads and then just use the iron to touch the wire to the pads and pin holes. Use plenty of flux and set the iron to around 330 C. YouTube has plenty of videos on the rebuild.

If they are slightly domed replace them, buy a decent make like Panasonic, eBay is not always the best or cheapest place to buy them.

Do a quick press on the eject button to power on to see if it loads modded dash, if not try the same on the power button.

Is a Thomson drive, it goes on the underside if you are looking down on the laser lens. It’s chipped, is it booting up okay? Try booting power button or the eject to see if one is ms and other something like unleashx.

The layout is different on the 360 & One, you would need to redesign the pcb. Is this an aesthetic thing?

Focus isn’t great but it looks like it may be the laser mirror. If you will have a working disk drive you can just swap it between the 2 xboxs. The new Xbox is just retail at the moment?

Hi, it depends on your setup and game format. If you have a retail box, then you will need a retail disk. If you have a modded Xbox, you can play a retail copy, a backup of the retail disk or rip the retail to the hdd and play it from there.

Read Ryzee’s post directly above yours regarding “A”, it is a quick boot feature and tells you which button to press for each bios. if you disable instant boot do you still have the same issue regarding ind-bios?
