my 1.1 xbox exhaust Fan does not wanna pspin even at 100%

HI my replacement fan does not wanna spin I upgraded the ram and that was it üduring the top onece it worked and on the bottom ones I did not notice it.
It did never got too hot or something like that.

I used diferent fan still nothing.
and if no fan is connected it is 11 Volts

found the culprid the original replacment fan from the previous owner was open and shorted. 

is there a way to know what died on the board?

You could always pull both ground and + from anywhere on mobo.

Or use a Noctua replacement and tap the GPU fan header. It'll blow super hard but it's a Noctua and should be much quieter.

Yeah I did that just pulled it with a noctua lna adaper from 12 Volt I use a 80mm noctua anyways
