1.0 TSOP flash will not work

It's just not flashing and refusing to do so. It's acting like the point isn't jumpered. I soldered the jumper using a wire to bridge it. No idea why this isn't working.

Do you also have soldered the point on the bottom of the board? Have you checked with the multimeter that both points (top/bottom) are soldered?

Try Evoxdash's BIOS flashing operation. 

When you attempt the flashing operation, what does it say the Manufacturer and Device ID are?

I'm an idiot. I didn't see the yellow box, only the red that you had to do with a Sharp. Lemmie try again.  I'm sure it'll work. @KaosEngineer
