Help with HDD and LAN LEDs

Soft modding is like masturbating, It gets the job done but it's nothing like the real thing.

Forgive me for my noobiness, but in this context, what does negative switched mean? The lower boxes are just D0 for 1.0-1.4 mobos, correct? Ground for these leds is just regular ground? If I have 3.5V LEDs these HDD and LAN leads are 5v, which means 220ohms? I read 470 for the controller ports. I'm learning resistances. Sorry, I'm a bit of a dummy in this instance.

Also, I would like to hook up the LEDs to molex sockets in case I want to remove the motherboard...

 

Edit: It's okay. I found some molexes that should work. :)
