  1. Fix the traces with wire is what I'm saying.
  2. Repair the D0 trace as shown here by the red lines.
  3. Taping down the LPC header helps to keep it up straight as you are soldering it directly to the motherboard. You can also use blu-tack/white-tack, but I haven't confirmed that yet to be as reliable as the electrical tape.
  4. I have a dedicated upload on my Internet Archive page FYI.
  5. Dump the HDD key from the EEPROM and then lock it with FATXplorer Beta. Alternatively, install a modchip to get around the security checks.
  6. Clones of these type of games were everywhere back in the day. However, this isn't the appropriate section to post this development.
  7. This is a common issue with modchips. Did you solder the LPC header correctly, ensuring that it doesn't wobble around?
  8. Yeah, you can rebuild the HDD using FATXplorer Beta and extract the contents of the C and E partitions from the HeXen disc to there.
  9. There's a spare LFRAME point just right behind on the side of the motherboard as seen in this figure.
  10. The IDE to SATA adapter must have the jumper to master, the 80 wire won't fit in without folding the cable and cramming the rest behind the DVD drive. I had to do that with mine before hand.
  11. I love seeing the amazing stuff you put out. Congrats.
