I was trying different modchips on the header and everything was the same, no output. That is, until I get to my xblast Aladdin. xblastos booted and I was like wtf? I ran the ram test there and everything said success. Although everything said success I had a feeling one of the rams must've been pulling a trick on the xblast test because nothing else was working besides xblastos. I removed all the ram and replaced with all new ram and the console works. I have no clue which ram went bad but one of them wasn't working. I was so close to scrapping the board. happy I didn't.

Would like to add I removed the modchip and the same thing. The CPU caps were replaced. I didn't replace any other ones because they all looked good. Are there certain caps connected to the av port? I think the console may be in a coma state. Is there a way to fix a 1.4 coma or is it just dead.

I have a 1.4 here that won't output a signal. I've tried composite, component cables. I replaced the av port with a different one. Still nothing. When I pull the cable out of the xbox it acknowledges it by flashing. I have a Black Ice flashed with Cerbios. Any ideas on something else I could check?

What revision xbox do you have? If a 1.6 you can get a lpc rebuild board made. lpc rebuild If a 1.0-1.4 I'm not aware of any boards of the like. makeMHZ does have a little easy d0 flex ribbon that is tiny and grounds d0 without a wire. He includes it with his modchips but it's not open source and you need to contact him to purchase one separately. Both are nice clean options.

Aladdin's usually have a shitty d0 pad. I'm actually surprised it was booting off the lpc

Yeah that soldering looks alright.

Doesn't hurt to inspect the solder work as a sanity check though. I had a 1.6 with a shitty rebuild that got artifacts and froze. After I rebuilt the rebuild and fixed the lpc header it worked. Probably not their issue but you never what job was done.
