  1. Oh baby.... That soldering job.... Is D0 soldered at all? Looks like you just sticked the cable in the VIA. What I would do is... Remove L1 & L2 entirely. Trim down the BT to Pin 1 cable. Solder DO to the backsinde of the board ( https://imgur.com/a/UsoRu2G ) And trim down thas massive exposed wire to avoid shorts, And using flux for the soldering job didn't hurt.
  2. You know that there are to versions of the disk? One is made only for HD+ users without a BFM bios. Same way as for a non HD+ XBox. Write the image with HDDRawCopy on your PC to your 2 TB HDD.
  3. Nothing you have to be ashamed of - I guess.... Unter Win 10/ Win 11 hab ich das nicht getestet (Wobei Kaos ja sagt läuft). Auf Win 7 x64 funktioniert das hingegen alles problemlos. Ggf. wäre von DVD updaten eine Option.
  4. 3339 is the lates final. 3403 is the latest beta version.
  5. Not to sure but, your pictures shows a german interface so let me assume you are german. Here is is a nother of that tool I use for my SmartXX and yes, It's a görman version : https://1fichier.com/?6aqhsbpijrcv8sumyl03 ( Auf https://htmh.de gabs mal ein tutorial aber dank der forums umstellung ist das leider nicht mehr zu finden - zumindest nicht auf die schnelle ) EDIT : Original source of the file : https://htmh.de/forum/thread/1130-smartxx-remote-flasher-tftp-5-1-ger-tools-by-warlock-xbox/ EDIT 2 : Found the tutorial : https://1fichier.com/?zswpd5yeilhw8xahsym2 ( It's a PDF and it's in görman. No wonder I didn't found a topic -.- ) @KaosEngineer : The 3403 update is already inlcuded in the pack in post #2. Useless knowledge and damn ot : There is a CORNA smiley:
  6. You can do that (I do it that way) but if you have your XBox connected to your router in the same network, that will also work.
  7. Here is everthing you need incl an LBA patched 256kb EvoX m8 plus bios: https://1fichier.com/?75d4snkzs4y4vi1nrkbz You need to connect your XBox to your PC and remote flash it with the RemoteFlasher software. And ofc you can flash any other bios like the iND5003.67 XISO, iND5004.67 or Xecuter2 5035.67 if you like.
  8. 3300 uF 6.3v mouser, digikey or if you like to gamble amazon. Everthing is should be better than this. Not to sure whats shipping costs (Germany - UK) but if not to expansiv I could send you some.
  9. Holly squirrel. (2 billion emoticons but no squirrel?) It's maybe a good idea to remove these caps (and the clock cap if not already) and order some new one.
  10. My beta is still working and will be till the end of time : https://imgur.com/a/oquicFD Eaton should switch to a timeserver (or his DL server) to check the date on install and every now and then when launching to prevent that "RunAsDate" "workaround". He shold take a look at DirOpus which is still almost impossible to trick and if you block any site from them you get an instand warez logo running across your screen.
  11. Ready to use dashboard shortcuts : https://1fichier.com/?689q1gzoo7pyq1qghkkk
  12. There are some dashbaords like XBOx4Gamers, XBMC4XBox (aka XBMC), Avalaunch, UIX Lite, EvolutionX and XBMC-Emustation. To boot to another dash just create a shortcut with " xbe shortcut maker 2.0 " and name the shortcut " evoxdash.xbe " . Now copy the new shortcut to C:\ and maybe E:\ and overwrite the old shortcut and your new dashboard will boot. Shortcut path list : E:\XBMC-Emustation\default.xbe E:\XBMC\default.xbe E:\XBMC4Gamers\default.xbe E:\Dash\Avalaunch\avalaunch.xbe E:\Dash\EvolutionX\evoxdash.xbe E:\Dash\UIX Lite\uixlite.xbe DL xbe shortcut maker 2.0 : https://1fichier.com/?5hlvnhs07z6bjb5hvr76
  13. Maybe faulty bios or missing files. You can try to use this bios : https://1fichier.com/?u9h15lvjamvtaih6rk4i If that fails as well, you can set up your HDD with FatXplorer on your PC. This pack coantains everthing you need : https://1fichier.com/?kinvner9q3c4dy7yiobz
  14. Mainly what the titel say's. I have an X-Charger 2.5 with Lattice LC4064V on it and I wonder if would be possible to switch the chip to XBlast OS.
  15. What happend when you launch DVD2XBox from UnleashX and then insert the DVD when DVD2XBox has launched?
  16. OGXBox.com is THE "place". Download : https://1fichier.com/?4ka3vl2rkqof8iukq2h0
  17. Yes. Reboot (power off and on again) and format the HDD again and the error should disappear. EDIT: Little note : When formating an HDD with FatXplorer it don't need to be formatet twice regardless of the size of the HDD.
  18. Here you see whre you can thank, like, cry etc. : https://imgur.com/a/o4qHEKx Just hover over that icon and pick what you like. See, that was easy right? How ever, glad your HDD is working now and you can finaly enjoy your XBox.
  19. I don't know if it only happends with SATA drives. If I just have to speak for me, I have to say yes, only SATA. I just own 2 IDE drives (Which I use for testing) and had never a problem with them. But I also have to say that not all SATA drives show that behavior. Once I had 2 HGST HDD (2.5") both with 500GB (Same model). One worked right away and the other trow a error at me. So it's like I wrote just a mystery until someone with a shitload of skill and the right tools on hand run into the same issue and start to explore why this is happening.
  20. If the read me conufuse you, DL the latest version and the net runtime from the page as well and you are good. The "runasdate" thing is just to expand the test period. Eaton should realy fix that. *Damn I'M a real bad person am I?* It will not fix the problem. Point is to set up the HDD or at least format it with FatX so the XBox will boot. right now somethng isn't right with the HDD and FatXplorer can fix that. XBHDM could do the same but with FatXplorer you can also copy over all your Apps and Games and save a lot of time by doing so.
  21. I got your "joke" the first time. How ever, there is no topic about how to fix the error 16. I stumbled over it one time. I had an HDD that had an error 16 and I tried XBHDM. And to my surprise it worked. Next time I got that error I tried the same with FatXplorer and how it turned out, it worked as well. So I can't tell you why but it worked many times since then for me.
  22. Because the HDD get checked on boot and send an error (16) he can't boot an DVD. Got that error (16) my self a lot of times and formating it on the PC always solved the problem. So the answer to your question/guess is a yes. And no here will get "DICKslapped". Except you like that but then this is the wrong forum here.
  23. Your cable should be an 80 wire. Can you see the HDD in windows disk management? If so, format it one with ntsc/fat32. Disconnect the drive after taht reboot and connect the hdd again and see if FatXplorer can see youHDD now. If that fails, check the hdd with crystaldiskinfo. If that fails als well, dig a tiny grave in your backyard for the HDD.
  24. The HDD is master. Slave will fail and cable select can work in some rare cases. The error is what we are going to fix with FatXplorer. XBHDM could do the same but why bother? After he formatet his disk on the PC the job is done and the error 16 is gone. The rest is a mystery.
