button sensitivity fix?

Is there a carbon pad to buy - alternative that could be DIY? Because cleaning wont help it.

Only fix is to replace worn conductive sticker. So i removed whole sticker, cut not worn parts and added other 4 good from scrap slimline controller, and it works all buttons 255 with no problems.

In the picture you can see how botched it looks, but it works swell.

Anyone with conductive paint willing to test by painting rubber membrane itself.
