  1. They fall off, and it's heartbreaking. Don't worry, they can be replaced. I honestly think they look better than the regular translucent white ones. You get what is pictured here in the top photo. 25 shipped.
  2. I have a 1.6 Xbox with Xenium 24k modchip. System worked fine but feeding buttons prior to install. Lpc rebuild and added pin header and Xbox boots with chip great. Eject button takes me to Xenium is and power button boots into my dashboard (Xbmc4gamers). The issue I’m having, is that I can’t use the power or eject after in turn it on. Don’t think it’s a trace issue due to it being a 1.6 and not having the issue prior to the chip. Any help would be awesome
  3. Need to replace a bank button as well as the protect button. Found some potential replacements online through other threads here or Reddit but they won't work. Found a replacement bank button I could 3D print, but still out the protect button. Ideally I'd prefer just the switches off a broken unit but will entertain buying another X3CP or Pro Switch. Regards
  4. I started playing Full Spectrum Warrior after picking up a copy at a local game store, and I've got a weird issue. It seems the game wants me to jam the buttons all the way down for them to register in the game. Considering you have to press a button every time you issue an order, this means I'm constantly jamming the buttons down at a force that feels uncomfrotable, and it makes me misinput (as in actually miss inputs) rather often, because I don't naturally "bottom out" the buttons like that. My question is if this is normal behavior for the game, as in the programmers intentionally or unintentionally programmed face button inputs to only register at full pressure, or if this is an issue involving my hardware/software. Game is running on a 1.6 softmod, downloaded to hard drive with DVD2Xbox, tested with OEM controllers with tested inputs. Unable to test on my chipped 1.4 as it's down some repairs.
  5. I'm looking for a replacement plastic button assembly pre-painted black. I don't care if it's professionally painted or spray painted, as long as it looks nice. I did a horrible job on mine today, and then it slipped my mind that acetone destroys plastic. So I no longer have a button at all. TIA
  6. Greetings everyone. Here's the situation: both my xboxes' dvd drives died. One is a thomson which receives power, but won't read the disks; then there's the philips one which doesn't even get recognized. I have one of those lg drives for pc that can be adapted to work as a new xbox dvd drive, but i miss the yellow power cable to attach it to the mobo. So my idea was to get it from the power/eject buttons. Does anybody have already attempted this and some tips?Is it even possible?(i cannot get ahold of a newcable for experimenting for cheap,so imstuck with this). My idea was to build like a couple of buttons to short the pins on the connectors on the motherboard in order to prompt the power/eject switches(don'tcare about leds, i only care of a good functioning xbox). Thanks in advance.
  7. So yes, I know it sounds weird, but I dream with disabling or remove the analogue/sensitive button crap from my Xbox controller! I want to play the Splinter Cell games and their sensitivity is horrible the way it works with the original Xbox controller (you have to press very hard on the face buttons for actions to register). It would also help other games and compatibility with other controllers (I've heard the wireless logitech controllers have compatibility issues with original xbox controllers that USE the sensitive functionality). At least I would want to make it so every push of the button, no matter how slightly, it would push at 255 strength every time. Anybody has any idea of how to begin doing this? This would be done in hardware hopefully. All ideas are welcome
  8. As the title reads - is there a simple way or tutorial to remap the Start/back buttons that bring you back to CoinOps menu when you're on a game? Reason I desperately need this is because I'm running one of my Xbox's in a Jamma Arcade cabinet, connected through a daughterboard known as the Viletim Card. This card, along with 2 hackpads wired to jamma fingerboard, converts the gamepad controls to my arcade control panel...with the exception of the dreaded back button. Every time I need to plug in a gamepad in order to use that button combo for main CoinOp game selection. Thanks in advance gentlemen!
