Hello all! I'm looking for some footage of Xbox Live recorded before the shutdown in 2010. All I can find on YouTube are a bunch of Halo 2 videos, some PGR2, and a tiny bit of SWBF2. If anyone has some stuff they're willing to share, please reply!

Does anyone have a collection of Xbox UnleashX skins they could spare?

As above really, After trying a Pound HDMI converter and finding it lacking I was looking for a OG box component lead to get the most out of these little gems. But the only ones I can see on Ebay are the £5 jobies which may or may not be shielded but prob not.... such as these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/273917043356 So anyone know where I can get one? Ime fine with 3rd party stuff and dont mind paying upto £20-30 but I aint paying the asking prices of the originals lol

I was talking to someone about my A51 arcade cab this morning and how I had changed the old failing IDE HDD out for a flash solution. And as a result it got me thinking if anyone had ever done this with the XBOX and did it work? So yes, like the title says, I need to buy/get/being given the Wireless Logitech controller for Xbox. I am dealing with many issues in my Xbox because of the analogue buttons and it is driving me crazy, I have heard the wireless controller by Logitech for the Xbox doesn NOT have analogue (press sensitive) buttons! And that is all I need. Of course I would buy one in good working condition (makes no sense buying a piece of plastic that doesn't work). I simply CANNOT buy one in my country, there is nothing of the sort here, not even chinese knock offs. And I cannot seem to find sellers on Ebay who send abroad (I live in Chile). So if anyone can sell and is willing to send, I will be the most happy gamer ever If someone want to give me one for free, well even better No, is ok, I just want to pay a fair price, not too high hopefully. Hello guys, I am talking to you from the end of the world, I live in the south of Chile, very near the antartic (yes it's cold). So... here is the thing, I recently got an original Xbox, controllers came dead, DVD drive didn't work, well nothing worked really hahahahha Nevermind, I fixed all of those issues, it didn't even came with screws! I bought new screws, a new IDE cable, I also fix the DVD. SO everything is working now! And I am waiting for my original Xbox controller on the mail. But there is one thing I cannot fix, the Power supply. In here we use 220v, but the Xbox I bought is an American Xbox 1.6 version (110v). I did not buy a PAL Xbox because we are NTSC 60hz! (ironic). Thing is, I search the entire Ebay, Amazon, everything, and I could NOT find anywhere to buy a European PSU for the Xbox. So... I come to you guys, you are my last hope in this world, if anyone has or knows someone who has a PAL PSU for the original XBOX, I would thank you forever. These are the models that exist for the 1.6 PAL XBOX: Delta DPSN-96DP-1 or Samsung (Tuscany) PSCD101301B Those are the only two models in existence, if someone could sell one to me, or even better, giveaway, I would be more than happy. I have a crazy xbox that I can’t mod properly- it’s a 1.6 - everything is in working order. it’s one I found in my attic last night - my only note on it was crazy Xbox so I can’t remember what’s wrong with it. I thought a fresh start might do it good so since it was already softmodded I used the eeprom to build a new hard drive in HDM v1.9. I successfully made the drive - plugged it in and sure enough it was box fresh. ithen copies over the Sid installer files and Splinter cell game save - these worked and took me to the softmodded menu. I backed up the EEPROM and MS Dash. When I tried single boot install - it started but suddenly the Splintercell game started to load up and duly took me back to the main menu of the game where Linux appears. i rebooted the game and tried dual boot softmod - this time I got a batch fail message and not it has error 13 when I boot the console - not bothered as I’ll just remake the hard disk or stick the original softmodded gard disk back in. my intention was to softmod it with SID and Splinter Celland then put the Rocky 5 softmod on it - but I never got that far - this method has worked on my other 3 consoles over the past month as I updated them all to Rocky softmod. anyond shed any light on why the softmod stopped in Progress? Like I said I always thought the craziness came from s poorly softmodded hard dive - that’s why I build a fresh one - but it seems to be something else.

If you check out the wiki list for original Xbox games that support widescreen, you'll see a shit load of games that supposedly support 16:9 widescreen in proper unstretched aspect ratio, though most at only 480p. Well, I have a modded Unleash X OGXbox and have never been able to do it, despite fiddling with every setting I can find - from the OGBox's original dash to the display settings in Unleash X. Nada. Nothing works. The few games like that Incredible Hulk one that were released in 720p have no problems with proper 16:9 widescreen but all these others that supposedly support it just don't work. I even messed with the various aspect ratio & zoom settings on my Vizio 42" E420i-B0 Smart TV and no joy. Just curious: has anyone here managed to do it? I can easily live with those black bars on either side it's just that it would be nice to have 16:9 on all 480p games that supposedly support. it.

I recently found a place that has them in stock for $60 + $30 shipping to US. It was relatively easy to find but I figured I'd mention it. I kinda wanted one since it almost makes the xbox look like a black dev kit. I dont want to advertise or I'd post the link. I also emailed them and they confirmed they are in stock. I realize its kind of pointless now that we have 2tb HDDs, but its a cool novelty item from back in the day. Thats why I can't justify spending $90 lol
