You probably have more broken games than this game. There are even games in that hdd ready pack with missing video files or missing music just to save space. -

The ogxbox does not support pal progressive.

50hz is pal only. And if the console is in pal there is no way to run a game/emu in progressive mode on any resolution.

Do you have sharp pictures of the ram you soldered in? Also did you check if there are solder bridges on other places caused by a soldersplash?

Look at these 2 points on the board: They will be soldered (if the previous owner didnt remove it) witch means the write protection of the tsop flash is removed and can be flashed with other bios files. This is called a hardmod.

Your console is hardmodded. Its running a bios called evox m8. you have a couple options now: option1: Boot an installersdisc like the “cerbios install disc” and install xbmc4gamers from there. I would recommend to flash cerbios too instead of the current m8 bios. Can be done with the same disc. Option 2: Fix the problem manually and try to ftp a new xbmc4gamers installation by booting into an installers disc, if the disc is booted to its menu you will be able to ftp to the hdd of the console. And ftp a new xbmc4gamers to the hdd. And see if that fixes the issue.

In 4 gamers, if you start the game in pal-60 with the white button, the next time you start the game like normal it should start again in pal-60.

The latest cerbios has everything you want. Mind the vga stuff is experimental atm. Please report any bugs in the Xbox-Scene discord or on the Xbox-scene forums

@nikeymikey as for the resolution on your upscaler. 525i is in fact 480i signal. 480i has 525 total lines. if it was pal you would see 625i on your upscaler. This is in fact 576i that have 625 total lines

Kung fu chaos is a game that has problems if you run it in 480p. This is the case with other force 480p bios like m8 ect. I’m confident if there exists a fix that they will find a way to fix this game too. All other games I played are indeed forced to 480p.
