You need to load your chosen bios to your hdd, then when in the xenium flash menu navigate to the bios file on your hdd.

It sounds like a overheating or hardware failure but that is normally a solid red led. Stupid question but the fan is sucking in not blowing out?

I just made the F partition bigger and ditched the G partition. -
Hiya, just TSOPed my 1.2v Oxbox and put in a 160gb hdd. I split the F & G partitions 74ish gb each. The F partition show 74ish gb but G partion is 0gb. Used HeXEn 18 and the evox M8+ bios F+G, Both F & G values showed in XBpartitioner 1.3.

You want to load the contents of Chimp to the Apps folder on your E partition. E:\Apps

I got lucky a bought a batch of 4 xboxs off of ebay and 1 had a X3 chip.

I believe that X2 4974 only supports up to 137gb, you also need to update LBA48 patch

Do you know which bios you are running, the one you have loaded my not support a larger drive?

Check the cable for any nicks or badly squashed areas that might cause a short or break.

As you have 2nd Xbox try swapping the IDE cable and see if it eliminates the problem

The guide worked fine for me, I installed a 2TB HDD, the only issue I found was that not all sata to ide boards work because of their size and transfer rate.

I believe I need a HD44780 compatible LCD either in 20x2 or 20x4, I think I prefer the 20x2 option as hopefully it will mean I can make a smaller hole.
