Hi guys, I am new in the modding scene and after my first attempt i got the bug so bought another second hand xbox but when i loaded it up it had a mod load screen. after further inspection and opening the xbox i discovered a pre installed mod chip but i am very unsure on what it is. Please could someone shed some light on this? also am i able to flash the chip to the newer 1.2 version of bios using the hexen disc? I have added a picture of the mod chip i found installed. Thank you in advance for the help.

I would'nt mind the receiver outside of the xbox, but the chip i would prefer inside. hmm need to see about how to solder this inside.

wow this is an amazing project, sign me up, i hate the logitech. only thing is the chip outside of the system? can it be installed inside?

HI all im new to this modding scene and have just installed a aladdin 4032 in my xbox. after a lot of failure and frustration it finally went my way and im now on the look out for new stuff to add. I was just wondering is there any add ons for the aladdin like the old xecuter chips?

Hey all, just thought i would post a quick hello and say damn i wish i had found you 1 week ago. I have just got in to the xbox original modding scene and lets just say wow once your hooked its hard to turn away. looking forward to learning as much as i can from fellow modders and also giving back a little knowledge.
