Forgot about that. Only the Sharp is different file size of 1MB. Rest are 256KB.

Been testsing Titan UDMA 5 with all revisions tsop and no issues thus far (1.0-1.5). 1.6 modchip Titan UDMA 5 working smooth as well. I asked in Cerbios discord and they said they were testing it. Side note: ETA on XBOX2HDMI stock?

Odd as Cerbios is supposed to work with TSOP 1.0-1.5 - I just flashed Cerbios 2.01 on a 1.4 last night no issue. Only flashed TSOP no ini or boot animations.

Don't forget UDMA 5 - Only thing missing. Once you try Titan UDMA 5 its hard to go back to UDMA 2. I use Titan UDMA 5 for all my 64MB ram builds and Cerbios for 128MB ram builds. Maybe one day we can get - Big drives + 128MB + UDMA 5 all in one.

Does anyone know if Cerbios will be getting UDMA5? Seems like that would make it the best bios for sure. I can test if anyone needs.

Nice!, Yeah free hand reballing is ugh yeah. Cpu with kapton tape to preball adapter I think I got down. Can't wait to see your stencil ideas for top part of adapter, will order solder paste gun if have to. How precise are the solder paste syringes?

You could also try to solder D0 on mobo to ground on case. I do this with aladdins while testing / hot swap flashing to make it easier. Not 100% if it works with that chip.

Any info on stencil. I went through all my 0.76mm stencils and none match up well. I ordered a pack from amazon last night cause one of them looked real close to the XBOX CPU. Also, any good info on solder paste guns? I didn't even know those were a thing since I always reballed with solder balls. Just getting into using paste. Thanks and cant wait to see your further progress.

I have been researching this myself lately and thinking about ordering a 5 Pack of Xbox-CPU-interposer boards Out of all the parts Digikey doesn't have these 3 in stock. NC7SZ32M5XCT-ND - ON-Semiconductor NC7WZ07P6XCT-ND - ON-Semiconductor SER4329CT-ND - SG-3030JC 32.7680KB0: ROHS Ebay has the 3 misssing parts that digikey is out of with one part from china. Anyone know of any other sources or part replacement?

There's not many big caps on motherboard and the replacement caps are super cheap so might as well replace all of them.

Was going to put an LCD in but really dont want to cover the Halo text. Was also going to install color changing leds but I should do all green LED for this one and save those for a black model. What do you guys think? Leds going: Controller Controller Ports XBOX Jewel

I have a few Xboxes that I noticed have something similar to this with hdmi. I have yet to test with component or AV. Let me know if you find anything out.

IGR always works fine for me with Startech and always errors out with other adapters I have tried. Startech + udma 5 is real nice.
