I don' t have a solution but you should clean up the solder pads in the first place since some looks like they are shorted.

Try to use a "flat" tip (like the one in the picture). It makes it easier (in my opinion) to pic up the solder.

Hi guys. Today i got the new capacitors for both of my v1.4 xboxes and measured them (because i'm nosy). The most of them are pretty close to the µF which are stated. The 1500 µF 6,3v (~1700 µF) what is fine, the 3300 µF 10v naild it but the 3300 µF 6,3v are going strait through the roof with ~4100 µF and i wonder if thats not a bit to much?

Nope. You can use these on 1.0-1.2 and 1.6. Those Bioses are falshed on the cheap LPC mod chips which i buy normaly. For the 1.3 and 1.4 you need the normal one which are attached below. The bios files are from xbins and i have made the changes to them. I use the same files on my 1.6/1.6b as E/C because of xbmc4gamers which are the default dashboards. And here are the xbins original files, if needed: evox.m8plus.v16.bin evox.m8plus.v16.fc.137.bin

You can extract dvd's in to way. First you have the dvd in the xbox drive and copy the files from the XBox dvd via FTP to the pc. The other way is to use the PC tool " XDVDMulleter Beta 10.2 ". That can extract XBox iso's in 99% of the cases. Below i attached 2 bios files and a screen with changes. evox.m8plus.v16.ce.137.MC = IGR more compatibel. evox.m8plus.v16.ce.137.MC = IGR Quick. Both are F&G bioses for v1.6 XBoxes. You can also edit both with the evox-x tool if you want. Hopefully you didn't hit someone with the disc. How ever, why don't you make, maybe incl. the ogxbox com. togher, a install DVD which is better as Hexen/TruHexen and newer as Slayers and provide more options any of the available installer disc's toghter? I could spend 63 GB of XBox tools/apps/games/Hacks/trainer you name it.... I guess i have it (yea i'm a software hoarder but that's not as bad as throwing software away which could be helpfull - maybe (i just wrote: could and maybe!). So i would be up for the idea of a new, maybe not only install disc.

Hmmm..... I´m using TruHexen 2019 and TruHexen 2020 without ever having any problems. Also i have used Hexen 2018 one time also without any problem. Back in the day i used Slayer' s and later FireFuckers X-Disk but both of them are more as outdated. And idk from where but, i have a Slayer's 3.3, 3.37 and 3.50 here. But better to have them as to need them. :D
