  2. That's what I would do, is just clean all the internals and swap them over from a donor.

  3. I would test print with PLA then get PCBWay to resin print one. Buttons wise you could silicon cast an original button set, the really big issue is not the tampo print on the buttons, more the carbon contractors on the back of the buttons. Probably best to just case swap an original and live with the off white buttons.

  4. That sound is your power supply(it does that when it powers off too fast when powered on). About the frag,i am going to tell you something similar that happened to me. I once wanted to add a fan on the gpu haeatsink(the passive one, without the fan on it)to make it cooler. I did, but the dvd drive was pushing on it when closing the chassis and after some days i started having this issue(frag, but after some attempts it boots normally). I removed the fan and it was fine again. So my guess for both of us is a cracked solder join. When it is cold, there is no connection and with all these attemps, the solder gets warm(expanding in the proccess)and then it makes connection. My suggestion here it to do a full reflow off the motherboard from both sides and check if that fixes the problem. Have a nice day

  6. Once you install the Startech and new 80 wire, I would test UDMA 4 or 5, to see which one performs best. They are on Pandora.

  7. Did it perform fine before Cerbios? When I add artwork, I always run the built in Thumbnail Cleaner script to wipe the existing ones. I can't remember if it's Clean or Remove, probably Remove. What size hdd? Did you use the correct cluster sizes for Cerbios? They are different than a normal hdd. Hazeno has a guide that shows what size to use according to your hdd. For my 3TB, I used 256. Did you delete G, and format F to Max in FatX? Using the correct UDMA bios?
