  2. You should probably try to find a local modder or someone that has experience in console repairs.
  3. Just to get this out of the way....you did an LPC rebuild, right?
  4. You shouldn't have to do anything. If you installed the chip correctly, it should boot up Cerbios (which I assume Snapper shipped with the chip) when you press the power button.
  5. Is your modchip flashed with Cerbios?
  6. Which guide did you follow for the installation?
  7. You'll have to admit, it's a pretty niche pursuit. Of course, you can be a pioneer and solve this puzzle then bring your results here.
  8. Maybe they have a forum for discussions on compatibility somewhere. I would try asking around Reddit or something.
  9. The controller needs to be xinput compatible. See if you can find anything on the spec sheet.
  10. 64cm is close to 24" so I'd go with that. Lots of opportunity for folding and cable management.
  11. Temporarily install a modchip and see if it will boot that. Rule out possible errors.
  12. What molex cables?
  13. Finding a donor MCPX and do a hot air removal and reball. Not easy....not cheap and not worth the trouble. You'd be better off just finding another XBOX.
  14. That happens more than people realize....and it's not a reasonably simple fix.
  15. Have you tried reflashing with a different BIOS? Try UDMA2 first, then go up from there.
  16. It looked like much more than that. No wonder they were so out of spec.
  17. Which mod chip are you going with?
  18. Yep, found it... https://github.com/Ryzee119/AladdinLCD
  19. Using 360 and PS3 controllers, I'm not noticing any significant lag.
  20. Snapper, you should put together an ogx360. It's a fun project and I think you'd quite enjoy it.
