Hey kaos engineer, what do you know about the Wingman XB? Do you think it might fix this issue?

Hi, I have a modded original Xbox that has coin-ops 8 on it. I have a USB trackball and USB mouse that both work perfectly for the games on it. So, I bought a GRS USB spinner for it (like Tempest controls). The problem is, it won't recognize the spinner. I heard of this adapter called a Wingman XB. Would this help the Xbox to recognize the spinner? Or, is there another product/spinner out there that would work for this? Also, this spinner is supposedly just a USB mouse that only uses the horizontal axis. Does anyone know how to get this to work?
