Another neat approach would be a sata ide adapter that did the decoding on the fly. I'm sure there would also be a way to get the data from the drive over the sata to tell the the xbox tray status also. That would make it truly plug and play. High level stuff were talking here but cool no matter what imo. -
I got the HW2 setup wired up and it seems to work flawlessly. If anyone has issues with xbox one controllers, just update the controllers firmware to the latest revision. Thanks for all the hard work!

@bluntman420 I'm currently running HD+ with legacy Addon, open xenium, running prometheOS, flashed with the latest cerbios with absolutely no issues. Modxo will run prometheOS just the same as xenium.

Is it still a stock/ide hdd, or upgraded with a sata adapter, have you tried different hdds?

I would triple check and make sure there isn't a solder bridge somewhere, or if you accidentally moved a smd component

the 1.6 xbox should have 3.3 volts standby voltage

if you boot into unleashx dash, you could also check input function with a keyboard and usb to xbox adapter

So you have only booted into xblast and gentoox, not the normal MS Dash, or Unleash, ect? If I remember correctly, xblast, and gentoox are very picky with controllers and prefer OEM one's

Try using the UDMA5 bios, I had a similar issue with a different game.

It'd be great if we could come up with some kind of diy solution, like using usb headsets. My software skills are not there yet or I'd try something like that.

Have you tried booting with the dvd drive and hdd unplugged? It may not hurt to completely remove the mobo and check the underside and possibly post a picture here. The metal shielding shows signs like its seen a good amount of moisture of some kind -
I was honestly thinking something similar with bios or hd+ firmware.

Atleast it will still get some use. And being located in Brazil, that makes total sense

If you've given up on that box, I'd suggest seeing if someone else in the scene wouldnt mind buying it off you or paying for shipping ect, never really sure what people value things at lol
