  1. Absolutely. What are you looking for? Spare parts are mostly gone, but I accept orders for full consoles. DM me if interested.
  2. Kekule and a few others have designed these boards years ago.
  3. Thanks for coming back to comment. Enjoy the console.
  4. Novel idea but it definitely needs some fine tuning. It IS a "TOOMA". On a side note, I'm admittedly a vape user and I bought one recently that actually had a screen on it that just so happens to be the same size as an xbox controller jewel. I have no clue on how to install it into the controller, but I've seen the basic screens before. Not an interactive one like above, though.
  5. What Dash are you using. You may need to direct the dash to look into the folders where your games are saved.
  6. What dash are you using and did you rescan for artwork after updating?
  7. You didnt mention that you tried another download or rip of the game. It could be a bad transfer depending on how you transfered it over. What method did you use for that?
  8. Did you rewire thw LPC or use a quick solder board for it? Also, how is your D0 ground?
  9. That's exactly what I meant lol. I've only had one that was actually off track somehow. I just did the full dismantle like you said, and readjusted the drive tray. Any luck with it?
  10. Damn that is a nice collection. I'll never get over missing out on the X3 panels.
  11. Yea it was 6AM while eating my breakfast. Not quite at the peak of my comprehension level just yet lol. Now I'm curious about the actual daughter board.
  12. Lithium grease works wonders in those things. I normally clean out all the old grease as well as everything else and then reapply once I'm done with cleaning. Once you put it back together and add the grease, it works almost too well lol.
  13. Funny you ask about this as I have one I've been tinkering with. It wasn't completely dead, but most functions had stopped responding. Here's what I've been doing to it and it actually works again. The eject button seems like it needs a little more attention, but they're mostly fixable.
  14. If you have D0 set to ground, the xbox will try to boot from the chip. Is this your setup? Pictures or as much information as possible will help a great deal.
  15. Unfortunately, ebay, Mercari, or some place like those is your best option. Just search for "original xbox heat sink" and make sure it's not a 1.0. Any other model will work much better by eliminating that little fan.
  16. I would argue it's easier to find a replacement heat sink. You can use one from any model 1.1-1.6 and never have to worry about those noisy beasts ever again.
  17. What sort of tip are you using?

  19. The guide above was helpful in getting everything wired up properly. Unfortunately, that's as far as I was able to take it. I sat down with a few saved writeups on the web and couldn't really understand enough to go any further. I attempted to do the windows method in the link above, but the xvcd.pico program just opens and closes immediately. I'm using windows 11 so may e that's an issue. I'll definitely be needing someone with further understanding of this sort of thing. Willing to try anything I can to get it up and working.
  20. I am officially on vacation for a week so I plan on getting around to try this. I will absolutely be back with information and most likely for help first lol
  21. I wonder if your .ini isn't configured properly for the cerbios setup you're using. I've had issues in the past that were caused from incorrect DVD or sata adapter settings within the .ini. Also have had similar issues with a dying hdd but that doesn't seem to be the case if Evox works fine on the same drive.
  22. Here's the process https://www.xbox-scene.info/forums/topic/804-xyclomod-flash-the-on-board-bios-on-v16/
