I installed DaphneX on XBMC-EMUSTATION and am having trouble getting the games to work. I have been given a pack of daphne games but don’t understand how where to put them? I have been ratteling my brain trying to find a tutorial but there all for LaunchBox and don’t apply or don’t correspond to the Xbox file system please can you help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Daphne is a laser disk emulator. The games are broken into 3 parts for each game because the emulator can only play the games in the Emulators menu. here is the ETA_PRIME tutorial for Daphne ps (this method no longer works because the Downloader is broken) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please read the daphne_log.txt for more information. (I can’t find location of daphne_log.txt?) Lexieye Posted February 3, 2022 Author Report Share Posted February 3, 2022 This is the only info I could find on how to set up lair Lair should have 3 files in the Mpeg\lair folder lair24.dat lair24.m2v lair24.ogg You also need the ROMs for each game - roms\lair has 3 or 4 depending upon the version used. There's also a framefile\lair.txt file .\mpeg\lair 151 lair24.m2v I don’t have a rom perse but do have the bins? If that’s the same ? I played around with it for a little while years ago. From what I recall you had to have your bin files in a specific folder and you had to edit each frame file (in this case the lair.txt) and point it to that path in the very top of the frame file where this is declared. I can try setting it up again on my Xbox and tell you exactly what I did to get it to finally run if you’re still playing around with daphne. It was mostly trial and error since there’s not a ton of info available in regards to troubleshooting this emulator. MaGee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
