avery
As many others have I am looking to build a replica of the Alpha 2 but wanted to also replicate the front of the case. Has anyone else done this before?

BreadFang
This would only achieve flooding the 2nd hand market with fakes tbh. The number of people looking to scam would outweigh those doing it for fun. If you wanna make a PC build of an Xbox I'd say the best way to go is for someone to make a new/similar front design that fits a modern readily available case. But is also distinct from the real thing. I hate the idea of 1:1 clones of the dev kits being out there.

trencherfield
Single opinion here, but really, I don't think the Alpha Kits are much to covet in any particular way. Just too much like an old millennium PC piece of junk fit for meltdown. Scraped my knuckles on plenty of those builds in the 90's for people, yak. Even that ally front is meh, like a tinfoil takeaway tub! Why even bother...
trencherfield
For the OP, if they wish to, then prolly need to look for this case and get jiggy with ally and bodyfiller for the front. further info... https://www.printables.com/model/903531-bringus-studios-xbox-to-pc-conversion-xbox-alpha-b
