I just purchased a XBox with Xecutor2 and Avalaunch. I wanted to add some of my games to the hard-drive so I followed this video on installing FileZilla and connecting to the Xbox. However, following the steps, it doesn't work. I'm not sure why. I do see that there is any username and password displayed in the Network Menu (ex. 1, 2), but I used the default which is "xbox" for both the username and password. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Any advice would be welcomed.

Hello, I installed the latest version of Avalaunch and the launch skin is this anime santa chick. I'd like to disable so I can launch with my favorite Vida Guerra skin. Is this possible to do in settings or by modifying the xml, or do I need a different build of Avalaunch? Thanks!

Hello, Whenever I get interested in a new subject, I always do a deep dive to find all sorts of information on it, and the Xbox is no different. Well while searching for a datasheet of the Xbox mcpx chip, I stumbled upon a bunch of files. Some are seemingly random, while other have to do with Avalaunch development, or pictures and files of xbox hardware. I don't know if much of the files or pictures are particularly helpful, but I find them interesting if nothing else. I have a xecuter modded xbox with avalaunch. My hard drive is starting to fail and i need to replace it. I'm assuming avalaunch is loaded on my hdd. Is there a download for avalaunch or is there something new I should be looking for? Thanks.

I have been using avalaunch for years and still like the interface. I am also using unleashX now to test and see how I like it. One thing I never really cared about until today is that when you setup a menu item, such as "Applications", there is no icon associated with it. I am using the project mayhem skin but have not found any way to set an icon on the menu entries in your main list. Any applications you direct link show the icon from the default.xbe or you can override by placing a 128x128 png icon in the folder and call it avalaunch_icon.png. Wondering if any of you have figured out a way to add icons to the menu items.

I wonder if anyone can help me with this. It seems the Xbox is crashing when accessing www.crusaders.no (which no longer exists). I've managed to turn off RSS feeds but it makes no difference. It's a real pain as I can't ftp into the xbox because it crashes before I can establish a connection. It works fine when ethernet is disconnected. Thanks for any help.
