  1. So… OX will handle Lframe if you connect 1.6 on OX. If you ground Lframe… then it doesn’t matter to connect on OX because Lframe is already grounded. So either or but not both
  2. If you ground D0/LFrame, then no need to do anything on OX
  3. First public batch is ready to sell
  4. Next batch really close. One more day of soldering, then flashing and testing
  5. Got it you from Reddit?
  6. Pulling power to Xbox or HDD would result in drive being locked again. Only thing that may work is pulling data cable and leaving drive powered and plugging into PC. But I’m not 100% sure
  7. User… I believe Xbox disables master
  8. Yea. Re read post and figured that out
  9. If so send me a picture of the label and your HDD key
  10. Is it original drive?
  11. HDD key is not the password HDD key, model number, and serial number are used to derive the password. Not sure what you mean my hotswapping. Do you mean your removing your windows drive to put your Xbox drive in?
  12. Awesome. Yea I like them better too. I’ve redesigned the 3D print a bit (just made it 2mm deeper). That’ll be a what I sell
  13. Next batch of nine in process
  14. Selling PicoPromSDs. My new EEPROM tool. Testing is going great and haven’t heard anything negative. Because of this, I’m opening up sales. $35+shipping What does it do? 1. Reads and backs up the EEPROM 2. Decrypts EEPROM Data and displays it in plain text. 3. Can write changes to the EEPROM 4. Calculate the password for the original seagate and WD drives all from a MicroSD card have questions?!?! Just ask! EDIT: as mentioned earlier in announcement post… if you purchased an ArdPromSD from me and want the new PicoPromSD… I’ll give you a $10 discount. I’ll also be selling a pogo pin adapter for $8
  15. Just use an external source
  16. Here is the link for the video. it's only SD right now... within an hour, it'll have HD and 4K as well.
  17. Great progress!!!! News 1: made a better pogo pin adapter. No real change in the 3D model... just the pins themselves. I HIGHLY recommend the use of P75-E3 pogo pins. My other pins were just about the same size as the LPC holes and would sometimes go through. These new ones work great and can keep pressure without fear of going through the holes! Attaching an image of the new one with the old pogo pin next to it. NEWS 2: (BEST NEWS)... I am able to calculate the Western Digital hard drive passwords! It required ZERO change in the code. It ended up being the way WD reports it's serial number. The Serial number section is 20 bytes. Seagate just has serial number and ends. WD fills the remain space with NULL bytes. So adding 5 NULL bytes to the end of the serial number caused it to correctly give the password. So... everyone that already has a PicoPromSD... no updated needed. I'm uploading a video right now that shows this in action. once it's uploaded and processed... I'll post a link here. @Bowlsnapper @GoTeamScotch @SS_Dave @FrostyMaGee
  18. Rough draft... still in progress. Disregard the pogo pin section as that was for the ardPromSD... some still applies... but do not do anything from that section userManual.pdf
  19. If you purchased an ArdPromSD from me…. I will be offering a $10 discount on the new redesigned PicoPromSD. Just message me with your Serial number.
  20. There is an API… but it’s internal No third party access. I talked to them about access for my EEPROM reader that would allow registration from just using my reader… allows reg without any modding/softmodding. They seemed opened to it… then he just stopped talking to me Dunno
  21. Awesome! told ya it was easy with the flashcat
  22. All Testing is complete and the initial batch is ready I've sent a few messages out to a few people. Please get back to me so I can offer next down the list if you are no longer interested Once the initial batch goes out and I get feedback (not expecting anything bad to come up... but I'll make before selling the rest), I'll post in the "For Sale" section. Price will be $35.00 + Shipping. Thank you all for the feedback in the forum. Excited it worked out.
  23. Initial 8 are 95% done... Still need the LPC header soldered on. All 8 accepted the firmware and LEDs responded accordingly (great sign). LPC and testing should be done tomorrow.
