I can understand the safety net. But having two different types of mods usually results in unwanted conflicts SOONER or later. Man, opening the xbox and swapping out the HDDs (although as an impressive failsafe and layer of precaution) seems like overkill. However, try the font installation: Under NKPatcher settings > Kernel > Advanced features Just a random suggestion. I have no idea if it would actually work in your situation...

1. Any solid state device has a limited number of writes. So yes it reduces the life. But I HIGHLY doubt you’re anywhere near that limit unless you’ve been flashing multiple times a day since the console was made. 2. No. Nope. No way
