Thanks!  So it appears that the chip on the M03E is an upgrade over the C version and is now the same chip as the one used on the RXD and JP103 boards, which bolofski mentioned earlier had boot times (from the splash X appearing to the white microsoft showing up) of only 1-2 seconds compared to 15-20 seconds for the M03C board.  Am I interpreting that wrong?  There was also mention of Caps on the M03C being downgraded to 220 uf so maybe that also accounts for some of the difference?

XbLuzbel - did you see any difference in boot time performance between the M03C and M03E (before you added the resistor of course)?  If you experienced longer boot times than bolofski, could hard drive size also be a contributor?
