Xbox is a aladdin xt chipped v1.0 with Ind-Bios 5004.67. Fresh UnleashX installed via Hexen 2019. FTP'd game using qwix, also tried extracting the iso to PC then FTP'ing and it still wont work.Last thing I tried was I FTP'd a copy from my v1.1 softmodded Xbox which the game works fine on and it still wont work on the v1.0 box. When I try to load the game the screen goes blank for a few seconds then reloads the UnleashX dash. I've tried clearing the cache, tried changing the bios to evox m8+, etc nothing seems to work. I've tried a few other games and they work fine. any ideas? thanks

I'm trying to upgrade a already softmodded xbox with rocky5's Build v1.1.6. All I get is blank screen I have tried burning the extras disc to DVD, also I FTP'd the quick upgrade to E:\, and also FTP'd the extras disc atacher (with extras disc iso) folder to E:\apps. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I have XBMC running as my main dash. In the UnleashX dash which I can load to from the file explorer, there is a XBMC heading that doesn't work, to get it to load XBMC do I just load a XBMC xbe and cfg to the C or E partition? Thanks in advance. G

So I have been helping a friend fix his xbox. We got the xbox flashed and modchip working good thanks to someone making a custom flashbios to support that chip. Whats so weird is Hexen will not load no matter what. From the HDD or the Disk drive. The xbox reads burnt disks of the same disk type/brand. Samsung drive. Right now, if you hit the eject button, the xbox boots modchip bios (evo m8 67). The xbox is a 1.1. On the non-modchip mode which is active when you power on the xbox normally, flashbios reads something weird "MODCHIP but retail bios 4817". Also doesnt seem to be able to be flashed. Never know though. The modchip is a AppleX-III so it only supports 1 256k bios. So I think when its off, it reads bios from TSOP but is in passive mode or something? Anyway its annoying. As I said burnt games work, regular games work(on both bios), and hexen reads in a different xbox. The xbox is PAL converted to NTSC but so is the xbox we tested the disk on. I have a Xbox (v1..1), Currently it has Modded with Spider Chip with M8+ Bios flashed. (* Its HDD content actually is softmoded, but due to old HDD failing, I cloned the content to the current HDD which is not lockable, thus had to use the spiderchip again) One of disadvantage of modchip is it doesn't support playing game from ISO directly, But nkpatcher seems only for softmod. Therefore, I searched and managed to find out from the post http://www.emuxtras.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=187&t=3228&start=20, about using the amazing console app "cdrom_modchip" to load the ISO file. It works greatly without needing to config or code anything., except having to run/load the patcher every time after the xbox restart. Does anyone have any idea how to load the patcher.xbe automatically when the DASH started. From the post above, it was mentioned about configing the IND_Bios.cfg ( the order of DASH1, DASH2, DASH3 etc). But I don't like ind_bios, as I feel M8 bios is much clean and faster. . Thanks in advance Peter
