On that note, have there been any significant updates to software (like dashboards, XBMC or emulators) in the last 10ish years or so? Or should I stick with whatever version of UnleashX I'm using? And is there a news feed I can link to from here? At least that would be relevant (and working) lol

Already done since I dusted it off: Removed capacitor, upgraded HDD from 120GB to 1.5TB and updated BIOS.

After several years, finally decided to fire up my OG Xbox with 2.3b Xecuter Lite mod and to my surprise it still works. Bigger surprise, there's still a community for it! I'm sure I'll stay a while
