  1. I'm trying to post pictures but for some reason I am not able to delete current images in order to make room for more since I'm over the limit... I will leave links here from my Instagram page... FYI shipping cost will be an extra $10 w/ insurance
  2. Just got back from a small trip... I will post pics rn @TEK Nemesis @patrickjburt
  3. Selling a tsop'd v1.2 mobo w/ ind-5004 bios & 128mb RAM upgrade... $80
  4. Selling a tsop'd v1.2 mobo w/ ind-5004 bios & 128mb RAM upgrade... $80
  5. All those wires are for attaching the PCB signals to a custom arcade panel I just finished building
  6. I have that done but what I am not fully understanding is in regards to working on the mobo for this mod. Specifically the (red wire) that must be soldered to the 2 pin & other end gets soldered to the stripped yellow cable of controller port 1
  7. Glad the info help you solve the dilemma with the RAM... Xblast's RAM tester is definitely needed to trouble shoot...
  8. How did you solder the RAM? Each leg individually or drag technique with the appropriate solder tip? If u dragged make sure u didn't accidently remove or bridge any SMT component next to the RAM pads if u look closely u can see that there are tiny resistors by the pads
  9. What was your source for the extra RAM ? I also just recently tsopd a 1.2 mobo w/ IND Bios 5003 & did the RAM upgrade & had no issues... Did the system work before the RAM & tsop? If u removed all the extra RAM u installed & cleaned up the pads from any bridges, then the only thing in mind that I think it could be is either a bad tsop flash or random solder splatter from installing the RAM...
  10. @KaosEngineer Thats what i did,, 3rd picture... i disconnected yellow wire from the xbox, extended it with red wire and soldered it to the 2nd to last pin on the mobo... Am i missing something?
  11. Tried this on a v1.2 mobo but didnt have any success... Is this info bogus or am i missing something? I would appriciate any input. I attached the instructions that i followed.. ttps://www.google.com/amp/s/synapse.wordpress.com/2006/10/26/xbox-controller-power-push-button-mod/amp/ xbox_pushbuttonmod.pdf
  12. @TwiSteR located in the U.S La Puente, CA to be exact @Xbmcmodsforxbox yes but only of my personal 1.0 system, all others go out the door once i finish so i havent really bothered with pictures
  13. Doing 128mb RAM upgrades for $50,, pm me if interested
  14. I removed the second joystick(blue), once I figured out that wiring an analog stick to a 8 position joystick is not possible.. maybe if i found an analog joystick? I wish i could play halo on this panel. That would be awsome!
  15. Made an Arcade control panel using an original Xbox Type-S controller PCB Followed the wiring schematics from http://slagcoin.com/joystick/pcb_wiring.html#PCB_DIAGRAMS And came up with this design... The 2 momentary black push buttons are left click (LC) and right click (RC) & the red one serves as an ON/OFF button. At first I thought I would have both left & right analog stick control , but that was not very feasible, at least for me( input welcomed if someone has wired up an analog control for an og xbox controller?) ... So instead I went with the d-pad for movement control. If there is enough interest I wouldn't mind making a build video for another one. Hope you guys like it! Thoughts & input welcomed
  16. @Forlorn Penguin Got it working man! thanks for the password tip! Controllers were definitely not the problem.
  17. Im not using OEM controllers, I am using gamestop wireless controller, could that be the problem ?
  18. I actually ended up downloading it from this website after the 3 posts I made, thanks though! btw I do have a question if anyone has the time to answer id greatly appreciate it.
