Did the artwork pack ever get re uploaded?

The vast majority of PAL games will run at 480p in NTSC. I know a couple that don't but it is possible to patch games that won't work provided you're running them off the HDD of course. Another thing to note is a small handful of PAL games wont display picture when in NTSC mode. I've only found two so far that behave this way (Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex and Timesplitters 2) but i'm sure there are a few more out there.

Christ on a camel. That soldering job makes me want take a shower. That is some thick-ass gauge wire. Anyway, if that trace is severed, you're gonna have to scrape the coatings off both ends and solder/bridge the gap... Preferrably with much smaller wire. If you are unable, ask a local guy who can solder. No biggie.
