sadsheep
So here is my issue, my xbox one was got unplugged while updating and threw a E100 error. So I downloaded the offline OSU1 file on my USB that was formatted to NFTS (I checked it multiple times) and the offline update option has never highlighted, unavailable. Removed the hard drive, formatted, and re-partitioned. Still nothing. Got a new hard drive, did the same thing and also added the update files to the update partitions with boot animation files. Offline update still unavailable and immediately goes to troubleshooting page. doesn't try to update or anything. The disk drive I can tell isn't damaged or cables or anything. I can't find any more in depth issue with the error code and I'm hitting a wall.
KaosEngineer
I don't know much about Xboxes other than the original Xbox as many people here do. You have tried Microsoft's instructions to troubleshoot / fix Xbox One startup errors: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/system-update-solution/startup-error
