I was a hardcore Xbox user for many years since the early / mid 2000s when I discovered softmodding via the old Action Replay + Splinter Cell / MechAssault etc exploit. Sadly I no longer have my old system! Mainly signed up to this forum because I'm looking to get a totally decked out hardmodded Xbox of my dreams, but I'm not sure where to start with it. I have absolutely zero experience with soldering or anything of that nature, and don't really wish to learn it haha! Not my thing. I'm aware that capacitors on the OG Xbox systems are failing, so I need to be careful before I buy anything. I figure this is a good place to learn and interact with others that share the same passion for old Xbox! EDIT: forgot to mention I'm from Ohio, USA.
