KaosEngineer
To create a properfly formatted version for a game's XISO disc image, run the XISO to HDD Installer script in XBMC4Gamers. Upload the XISO files to the Games folder on your Xbox, run the script. It will prompt you for the source folder of the disc images. It then moves each to a game named subfolder and places the attach app named default.xbe file in each subfolder.

That's for the Extras Disc, i would like to use it for my .iso backups. Is there anyway i can use it for that or am i doing something wrong? Thanks

Inside that subfolder place the game xiso and that default.xbe file. You would then go to File Explorer and navigate to that default.xbe file. Once highlighted you press the white button (if I recall correctly) and then select “rename xbe title” or something very similar if I’ve forgotten the exact wording. Then enter your new title. After you do that (and probably a restart you should see your game show up under Games off the main menu with the new title you’ve given it. That’s the down and dirty way to do anyhow. Lol. There may be a nicer way to fix game titles but that’s the way I did it years ago. Edited April 18 by FrostyMaGee

You need to scroll down further after pressing the white controller button and the option will be there. Fixed up a few issues with games in my list particularly Gauntlet: Dark Legacy as I was having troubles with my HDD rip. Thanks again.
