I ran the halo 2 game disc once made a profile, installed the dlc from a hdd ready download. Original hdd had the dlc already. The installed files match on the 1 TB drive so the install is good. 3 out of ten times when a dlc game is picked in the pregame lobby I get a "Failed to load map" error. Also when I try to join a game that is dlc it occurs as well. When I host a dlc game it works but not every time for the other person I get 1 or more players failed to load map. This occurs with xlink kai as a direct system link connection works every time. Not sure if it is xlink kai computer settings or what?

Hello there! I bought myself a soft modded original Xbox and also found out you could make it look like the 360 blades with XBMC and MC360, now I also know I want to use XLink Kai and when Insignia launches for the console, I wanted to do that as well but I also know MC360 probably won’t work for that since it’s not been updated in years from what I’ve read on forums. I guess to shorten all of this up, am I overwriting my Rocky5 softmod with XBMC or MC360? Or would I be able to just switch back and forth between all the dashboards I want? Any help is greatly appreciated! (:

Hey everyone we over at xbox-hq have been thinking about setting up a once a month tournament were its a cash prize to the winners of the games that we play what are your thoughts on that.

Is it possible for xlink Kai to be brought back as a stand alone program? I've seen now that xlink Kai can be run on a raspberry pi, so a pc doesn't need to be switched on anymore.

so I am posting this in emulators because i didn't know where else to post it, its kind of an emulator, anyway I am talking about Xlink kai for those of you who dont know xlink kai is a piece of windows software that allows you to play og xbox games online, I was wondering if anyone in the community uses this software, and if so would you like to play some halo 2.
