I just purchased a XBox with Xecutor2 and Avalaunch. I wanted to add some of my games to the hard-drive so I followed this video on installing FileZilla and connecting to the Xbox. However, following the steps, it doesn't work. I'm not sure why. I do see that there is any username and password displayed in the Network Menu (ex. 1, 2), but I used the default which is "xbox" for both the username and password. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Any advice would be welcomed.

So I got my Xbox back after 20 years and it no longer boots into the dash. Its like its stock but the boot screen still says xecuter2 instead of Microsoft so I have hope that is still working. Could it be booting to the stock menu cause the chip is disabled? I'll attach a pic of my mod chip.

All, I just recently ressurected my old xbox, and upgraded it to a 2tb drive. I had to upgrade the bios on the chip in order to properly have the system see all the new space. I did so by using the hexen disc. So this worked, but now if i use the Xecutor bios, it takes a little over 10 seconds for it to get to the boot animation screen. If i use evox, its a little quicker, but not by that much. Anything i can do to increase the speed? On the old xecutor bios it was instantaneous. Thanks in advance!

I recently tried to softmod my old xbox and bricked the hdd due to not ejecting the game disc in the end of the installation process. Now the dashboard is gone and I can't even boot retail games using the machine. I just bought an xbox with a modchip (xecuter 2) and I'm wondering if I could swap the hdd in the modded xbox with the bricked xbox and install the ms dashboard from a disc.

Hi i recently softmodded an xbox of mine and got the old xecuter2 modship my dad did a while ago. I just want to know what's the big difference and what my hardmod could do that my softmod couldn't Thanks for the answer
