  1. Hi all, Thought I would offer these out as they are sitting round doing nothing, bought the adapters and cables in bulk a while back and upgraded the adapters (100ohm resistor installed to R4 giving good boot times), used most but still have 5 kits available, comes with: 1 x brand new ATA 133 IDE Round Cable 1 x M03C IDE/Sata Adapter with 100 Ohm resistor pre-soldered at r4 The cables come with the rubber protectors near each IDE connector, I personally cut these off for ease of installation. £15 per kit plus postage (£17.50 posted)
  2. Ive had a good sort out, I have 3 working tsop'd boards f/s, a 1.0 (with gpu fan and controller daughterboard), the other 2 are 1.2 and 1.4 (i think!), all have cerbios flashed to them, £25 ea plus post ppg. Other bits available on request, got 5 decent green jewels, loads of fans, case screws, controller ports, drive cables, front power boards, unlocked stock hard drives, basically anything from the original xbox apart from anything dvd drive or casing related (i do have a couple of plastic bases tho). also have a 1.6 board that has an Aladdin chip fitted, works fine but cant ftp to it for some reason
  3. Ok so a few years back I attempted to flash this and killed it somehow, that's all I can remember, I do recall trying a few things at the time to revive it but no luck, luckily the consoles HD was stock so I removed the chip and TSOP'd, the switchbank is still stuck to a faceplate and it even has the x3 holographic sticker Also the D0/LAN/HDD wire is present but not pictured (I found it after I took the pics) NOTE: THIS IS NOT WORKING - IT MAY / MAY NOT BE FIXABLE!
  4. I'm looking for a replacement sticker for the X3 BIOS bank selection switch or a replacement switch if anyone has one spare in the UK? I am also looking for an Xecuter XLCD kit to complete my X3 install (this isn't a huge loss if I can't buy one and I don't mind going down the DIY route for this if nobody has one they want to sell - I've had some great advice from the XBOX-SCENE guys regarding what parts to buy). Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.
  5. I'm thinking about buying a proper temperature controlled, all bells and whistles solder station which will likely get used for Xbox stuff more than anything so I'm looking for recommendations available in the UK/EU. Budget up to about £150. I'd prefer lower but I'd go slightly higher if there was good reason. Reliability, longevity ie. well built/well designed and likely to last a long time are my main buying criteria. However if it includes a hot air gun in the package I'd definitely be swayed.
  6. Got a 1.6 crystal in pretty great condition here with one serious problem - DVD drive (SDG-605) is dead, error 12. Tried swapping a known working DVD drive in and using exactly the same power+IDE cable+HDD it successfully boots to dash so it's definitely the SDG-605 causing the error. If anyone has any working DVD drives they are willing to part with, especially if they're in the UK, that would be great. Otherwise, it's going to be the eBay lottery, and I'm not feeling lucky.
  7. Hey everyone. I’m looking for a Duo X2 mod chip so I can bypass the BIOS on my debug unit. I’ve been researching the info in the forums and believe this is what I need to successfully boot my Debug and run the XDK recovery disc. The icing on the cake would be to find a Duo with the debug BIOS already flashed on It
