  1. Not sure what needs a change, but they looked nice otherwise.
  2. I'll compile it real quick and see what happens. Although, looking at it, does it not account for both 64 and 128 with the conditionals there? Update: Okay, same issues for me after changing 314 to 64 and running make.
  3. Oh, right. It can use that, looks like, although the ones I have were using xromwell.
  4. Which boot loader and version should I use? Gentoox, Xromwell / Cromwell? Or is there a different way to launch alpine? I'd like to be using whatever you're using so we're on the same page here.
  5. Downloaded again and FTP once more. Same spot it failed as last time.
  6. On it! I'll report back shortly...
  7. Gotcha. Happy to test that for you.
  8. I noticed Alpine has a minimum requirement of 100mb ram, how are you getting around this? https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Installation#Minimal_Hardware_Requirements
  9. I noticed X-DSL 0.7 is using a swap file, for whatever it's worth.
  10. Tried on a 64mb I'm going to give it a minute, but it looks like it may be stuck, there is one line below this, but I'm unable to read it. /home/user/.cache/netsurf/dblk/A tar: corrupted data tar: short read mount: mounting /sys /nrewroot/sys failed: No such file or directory
  11. Your title mentions X-DSL and your post mentions Gentoox, which is it? I have X-DSL working already with an applications shortcut xbe and boot option for 480 and 720 if you'd like a copy.
  12. @KaosEngineerWas the led removed from the left side of the first picture?
  13. Yeah, Repackinator will do all the work for you, including converting from raw dump into XISO, splitting, removing the video partition, making the Attach xbe, which is Cerbios compatable (also backwards compatible with older bioses.). But you need a PC (Windows/Linux) for that. And in its current version, it only supports the full size raw dump, so no padding removal to shrink them down to a smaller size. It's as close as you can get to the real thing, as almost all games should work now without any of the patching that one use to do and without any of the possible tampering that one might have seen with hdd ready versions. There has been some talk of a new version that will include a "shrink" feature, for those people who have full sets, but don't want to fork out the cash for a 16tb hdd. But I can't say if that will be released any time soon or not, tbh. Either way, it's a really cool app that saw a lot of work go into it, so if you can get access to a PC give a spin.
  14. Maybe try running the latest XMBC4gamers 1.4.001 Test build. Go into settings (controller black button), Downloader, then update the URL Downloader again and finally install the Test build (URL Download will ask to be updated again at some point; kind of odd.)
  15. Ernegien and I (mostly Ernegien) may or may not have gotten X3CL Skin Database downloader working again! Okay back on topic (we'll make a new thread sometime later.)
  16. Happy Halloween to all the X3 Config Live Skin lovers out there! Webclean is a super simple clean skin, now with a Halloween edition. You can download them all or just grab your favorite one. Enjoy! Downloads See Readme for install instructions. Note: Lite saw some decent updates as well and Dark had one minor adjustment not worth mentioning.
  17. I can test on the other revisions if you like.
  18. You might try rewriting the partition table using Rocky5's version of XBpartitioner. We just talked about this here. Kind of rough instructions, but let me know if how you get on. Note: I can't say if this will help or not, but might be worth a try at this point.
  19. I already mentioned this in the other thread: You can use the XISO to HDD Script in XMBC4gamers or you can give Repackinator a shot:
  20. What the! How did that happen lol Any admins in the house? I can't delete posts.
  21. I'm not sure, tbh. I usually use XMBC4gamers and its XISO to HDD installer script. Then again, try Repackinator...
  22. Yeah, and get an 80 pin, then you can try UDMA5 lol. For mounting ISOs, what dashboard are you using again?
  23. Oh, right sorry, I was confusing regular stock Cerbios (UDMA2) with UDMA5, disregard
  24. Also, in regards to UDMA5: it needs the [startech] adapter and [80 pin] cable haven tried with an ide hdd with 80 pin without adapter but i imagine crash He hasn't tested UDMA5 with IDE and as it's suppose to be used with Sata, Startech adapter and 80pin cable, so he was kind of surprised to hear it worked with IDE and didn't crash.
