I think it is most likely a bad cap but you can only really test them off the board.

It doesnt goes to xbox screen so cant do y thing.Might get it to a repairman to see what he can do. D0 point Its to small of a trace for me to get to it without ruining it more.

Same thing. Now i think i just screwed burned the d0 point on both sides of the board..... Fk.as this is a 1.0 i think theres nothing i can do anymore. Might scrap the Mb and salvage the rest for parts... FK

Cant remember. But i lost deleted all info on the original hdd back then. The thing doesnt even go to the xbox splash screen now, dont know what to do with it.

Yes i did that years ago. And in the processe of young age i managed to lose all content in the hdd back then. So thats why the chip.Had this xbox stored ages ago. Can it be the psu?

The chip is out. It doesnt go to splash screen. So i dont have an error code to refere to. The thing is i power it on and it goes off and cycles on off until it stopes and gives me the cycling lights. I have 3 more xbox 2 softmodded and 1 hardmodded with aladdin chip with no pinheader just wired. This one is my first xbox that i screwed with a softmod....thats why i tried to put a chip on it. The d0 for me isthe most dificult to put on as it always comes lose. My hard moded xbox sometimes does the same as i power it for the 2 secs predicted to power the chip.it only  goes to the chip wen it gets to temperature after running for a few minutes in the other mode.

So i have a 1.0 xbox that doesnt stay on, 2 times it goes on off and then stays blinking. Tried to install a aladdin chip and it does the same.  Any advice? What may be the faulty part?

check you have not dislodge any of the wires coming off of the the chip to the motherboard. If you have a multi meter check for continuity of the connections.

I dont have any wire conected from the mod chip to the bt 1x9 conector. All wiring goes to the MB but i cleaned the bottom side of themb and now works just fine. So my problem is: can i put a bios that recognize a new hdd and formats it? With out having an hexen disk. Mine is a 2017 and i think its not complete. The 2018 i got from here its not reading.....

IIRC, the outer trace (bottom of picture) is the power button signal. Next, is the eject button, then red and green LED on/off control.

When i got this xbox it already was without the clock capacitor and had the chip instaled. Its my first hardmoded so noob here. Have 3 more setups 2 softmoded and one dead for parts

Nope i did nothing. If i press once the pwbutton it goes normal ms dash. If i press loger as usual it doesnt go to the hardmod xecuter bios and evox dash anymore, it does go on even. Already changed the buttos assembly and it does the same.....

Ok now i have a power button problem... pressing eject or power once it goes to ms dash, if i press longer te power button ir should go to the hardmod mode but it isnt doing anything iteven dont powercycles. Whats wrong? Already replaced thw entire front panel.

Which dashboard are you running?  Evoxdash and UnleashX both that a Settings page that shows you the kernel version installed if it's not displayed on the skin you are using.

Im using the latest version. Does the patch erase anything on the hdd as it s the original one and i dont have a copy of it.

It holds 1 256KB BIOS.

Check the BIOS version by locating the kernel version in either the MS dashboard's System Info scroller - K:1.00.NNNN.DD value.  Or, the replacement dashboard's system info or skin.  Not all skins show the value but many do.
