  1. Sorry I just don't have the time to build them for others
  2. It is quite a lot of cost and work, soldering will be required too. This will likely put a lot of people off
  3. - The breakaway part of the controller cord is used for controller ports 2 and 3, it also has an internal 2 player ogx360. - A Star-tech ide2sata adapter and a 2.5" HDD - a short SATA cable - a Xerc2 for power on/off (or) a round momentary push button (2 pole) for power on/off - an OLED compatible xenium based modchip - 1 or 2 Newhaven NHD-0420-AX3 OLED displays depending on case version (the X denotes the oled colour, i.e: AB3 is blue, AG3 is green etc.) - a 160-xt PicoPSU and AC adapter - an Atx2xbox adapter (search for it on dirtypcbs.com, version 1.6 is not supported) - 2 x TITAN VGA heatsinks and fans (although i am working on a better cooling solution) - installation of a second fan header if not already present - a 3mm bicolour led for power status, 2 x 3mm led for LAN and HDD activity LED's - optional rear 40mm fan for the single OLED version case design - I recommend a small heatsink for the MPCX and potential removal of some of the start up capacitors depending on motherboard revision - Of course a 3D printer capable of printing this (case dimensions 210mm x 240mm x 50mm) I recommend at very least PETG but ABS is better for printing this, i printed at 100% infill but you could reduce this a bit
  4. some images of the dual oled case which is printed in 2 main parts (top and base) with the IR eye holder and top back edge being much smaller parts. The one pictured also has a 3mm thick laser cut acrylic/perspex faceplate. The second design is printed in just 2 main parts with an IR eye or push button holder (either can be used) The button required is a round 10mm momentary pushbutton or you can use a Xerc2 to turn the xbox on/off via the official dvd remote control
  5. maybe with a resin printer, I only have an FDM printer
  6. Both versions external links here: Final Dec 22 2 part xbox mini (mediafire.com) Final Dec 22 2 OLED xbox mini (mediafire.com)
  7. The completed xbox mini files are here:
  8. Of course, it was just an example. I can easily add a USB port but I see no need for the buttons unless they would have a purpose with this modchip. We will have to wait and see what additional features are supported by the front panel connector I suppose.
  9. I could probably come up with something custom that might work, maybe similar to this
  10. I wish i could just do this, xdk height but there's no way i can afford the mold costs Sorry for the low quality image, max 2mb attachments
  11. Rough idea, may go in an entirely different direction though as I'm not very happy with it
  12. Managed to get my order in a few hours ago, £140 at 8bitmods in the UK. Once I get it I'll do a review
  13. Looks pretty cool and has an sd card slot to load bios files from. Usb type c for updating it and an on board oled display. Also pinheader pass through, rgb led connection points... lots of features.
  14. Thoughts? Looks very interesting https://makemhz.com/blogs/news/announcing-project-stellar-plus-more
  15. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/OledOXModShop Try messaging him, I don't know if he still makes them though. He's a friend on fb so I could get hold of him if you have no luck
  16. For those wanting to maybe create their own case design here is my mount hole template. AV port at the top. It's pretty close so may help
  17. I don't have a lot of time at the moment due to my job but I do a bit more here and there when I get chance.
  18. Did a bit more work on the mainboard 3d model
  19. printed the base in one piece (with lots of supports). Unfortunately the sides were very brittle with this filament and it didn't help printing at 20% infill. Will try again at higher infill and non silk petg filament
  20. I will share the case files once I'm completely happy with them, I won't be sharing any of the internal xbox part 3d models though
  21. Thanks guys, will update once I'm back from working away. So far from the feedback I think I'll be doing an xdk height case with jewel, reminiscent of the original case but with some more modern style cues. I'm also thinking of a removable rear panel that can either have the outputs that have been requested or blanked off (two separate plates). I may raise the hdd and dvd rom trays/brackets to allow more space below for ogx360's and other mods, however that would require a longer IDE cable and possibly extensions for the hdd/dvd rom power. Another option is to have the ogx360 above the dvd rom. There will be at least one front usb port and I'll do an lcd version and a non lcd version of the case.
  22. I would perhaps one day share the hdd tray, we will see. Anyway I've added the hdd tray to the rest, just need to finish the dvd drive bracket and I can start developing the case
