  1. Ok, everything seems to work just fine. I have hard rebooted the Xbox and seems to keep the new setting. I have enabled all resolutions, 480, 720 and 1080, in the MS dashboard, not sure if this is correct. I have tried a few games on the hard drive and all work ok. Thanks a lot, you've been great help !!
  2. @KaosEngineer thanks a lot. That seems quite easy. After IGR reboot do I still have to go into the Microsoft dashboard to set the resolution ? And what after that, IGR back to the Evo-X dash and launch the game ?
  3. Thank you about the link. I downloaded the archive but there's no instructions attached. I wonder if this iso can be extracted and uploaded to the hard drive to be run off of the Evo-x dashboard, because when I decided to revive my long stored xbox i realized the DVD is no longer working. Not reading anything, probably some lens issue. I normally extract the isos with XDVDMulleter and then upload to the xbox's hard drive through FTP. Works a charm. Not sure this would work with the Enigmah-x iso though, or if it requires being run off of the DVD from the Microsoft console. I decided to revive this console specifically to play Richard Burns Rally, hope the PAL version installed on the hard drive will work if I set the console to NTSC. I have a 360 as well but there is no half decent rally simulation for that platform.
  4. Hi everyone from Italy. I just purchased a component cable to improve the resolution of my xbox, modded with Evolution-X V+3935. I bought the cable after watching some youtube tutorials and reading some posts online where they claimed that by connecting the Xbox through the component cable and selecting NTSC in the game region settings of the Evo-X dashboard, the possibility to select different resolution would automatically appear in the Microsoft Dashboard also on PAL Xboxes. I have done all that but still no option to select different resolutions in the video settings of the Microsoft dashboard. I am stuck with the standard resolution. What am I doing wrong ? Am I missing something ? I read somewhere that on PAL Xboxes the hi resolution settings have been removed from the dashboard, and that this would require softmodding to reinstall them. Not sure if this is required also with an hard modded console, or if I am facing some other problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
